Great home and staff. Always activities ongoing and lots planned with family included. Residents and loved ones well cared for and everyone supported. Memories still being created despite diagnosis. Staff include families and welcome feedback, and always open to new ideas.

Very kind and helpfull staff who care for all the residents and relatives. I feel the staff enjoy there jobs not just working for pay day, they go above and beyond including management. After experiencing other home's it was a relief to know my mum was in a clean caring environment where I can feel
peace of mind she is being cared for.

A massive thank you to Westleigh Lodge and the amazing and caring staff, my mum has only been here for a few days but she has received the best care she has ever had in any other care setting, The lovely staff at Westleigh have gone above and beyond for mum to get to know her and understand how to
best support her, and us as her family. I have never experienced such a compassionate and loving environment and didn't think we would ever get the care for mum that we knew she deserved. Westleigh have given us the ability to be comfortable leaving mum knowing she will be happy, comfortable and well looked after. Thank you Westleigh for giving us the reassurance we have been searching for.

My mum has been living at Westleigh Lodge over 18 months. It is lovely to see she has settled in, I cannot praise the staff who work there enough. My mum seems happy and well supported. All the staff I have come into contact with are very pleasant and professional. As well as the excellent care my
mum receives, the staff are pleasant and welcoming to me, always taking time out to welcome me when I visit mum, many thanks.

The staff are lovely and are easy to talk to and approach with any problems or requests. I feel like I can trust them to look after my dad and I don't have to worry that my dad will not have the care he needs. They have taken taken time to get to know my dad and his likes and dislikes.

Mum has been a resident for three years now. Previously been in two other homes where she did not receive adequate care or compassion, resulting in numerous serious falls and fractures. The staff at Westleigh are wonderful and have built an incredible rapport and care regime for Mum. It is clean and
the food is very good.

My 97-year-old granmamar came here after having a bad time at her last care home. They are always very welcoming and helpful. My gran seems very settled and happy. The staff even bring us ice cream when we come. They have made her room lovely and even printed off photos to put in her room of
pictures we took when we visited as a family.

I have found that Westleigh Lodge is like home from home. The kindness, respect and care given to the residents by all the amazing staff is outstanding and they make visitors so welcome at any time and answer any concerns that need to be addressed. My husband was transferred to Westleigh Lodge after
being in hospital for five months. He has settled in so well and always looks clean and cared for. It is good to see him relaxed and happy, it means so much. The overall feeling of dignity, care and friendliness, this is what a nursing home should be like. Kindest regards.

The staff always go out of their way for Nan to make sure she is comfortable. Grandad stays most of the day to be with Nan and they also look after him to make sure they're both happy. Nan hasn't been here long but she's been well looked after and settled in lovely because of the support from the
staff.

I take my grandad 5-7 days a week. The staff are always chatty, friendly and informative. I love hearing about the little details about my nan even as simple as her enjoying dessert. Treat Grandad with so much love and respect, fully recommend it.

From the very first time I came to Westleigh Lodge Care Home and met some of the staff I was convinced that this was the place for my wife and I. We were not disappointed. The staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is too much trouble. They are always happy and smiling and encourage the residents to
be positive and assist them when needed. My wife who is blind also with dementia and fatigue is improving in leaps and bounds and she is now smiling again. Thank you.

Fantastic staff who go above and beyond to care for the residents. Could not ask for more. The staff are a credit to Westleigh Lodge. Would just like to thank them all. Cannot be many care homes better than this, long may it continue.

The care Mum has received has been exceptional. All staff and carers have treated Mum with genuine care and affection and with dignity. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with daily activities. As Mum started to decline in health the level of care has been amazing, ensuring she is comfortable and
well looked after with her needs met over and above. It is a great comfort to the family to know she is being cared for by such committed and caring staff.

Mum moved to Westleigh Lodge from another home where she was nursed in bed and had given up. Since moving to her new home she has improved so much, she is out of bed in communal areas, joining in with activities and walking again on a zimmer frame. The staff from management down have all been
brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, Mum is shown dignity and so much patience. She's even been out in the community which she's not done since before Covid. Can't thank the staff enough for all the excellent care they provide.

My mum has been in Westleigh Lodge since March 2022. I cannot express the level of care and affection my Mum receives. It was never easy to let go as you always think you can cope. My Dad, brother and myself are so fortunate to have got Mum in Westleigh Lodge. We turn up any time of the day
unannounced and never need to make an appointment, nothing is too much trouble. I have two words - Thank You!

Westleigh Lodge is a fantastic care home. My mum has been a resident for over six years and throughout this time I couldn't have wished for better care, support and love, every member of staff has shown to all the residents and family members. The staff really do everything they can to provide a
happy home-from-home environment. I can't thank them enough for providing Mum with the care that I can't give her. Every member of staff is an absolute angel.

My dad was on a discharge to assess bed at Westleigh Lodge, I just want to thank you all for the wonderful care and support you gave my dad whilst he was with you for those few weeks in May and June. It was a huge comfort to me to know that, as I lived such a long way from them he was being so well

I have found that Westleigh Lodge is like home from home.
