My mother in law has settled very well in the home, the quality of the staff is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, someone is on hand all the time to reassure and put her mind at rest. The activities are great and very inclusive giving support so everyone can take part, it really feels like a
family atmosphere, I cannot express how professional and good the staff are, always going the extra mile to make this home truly a home and everyone including family and visitors welcome.

I recently visited a family friend at Primrose Croft and was genuinely impressed by the level of care provided. Everyone was warm and welcoming, engaging in conversations and activities as well as happy to answer any questions. It was wonderful to see how attentive and compassionate the team are!

My mother moved into Primrose Croft at the end of January 2026. It was heartbreaking to see how unwell she looked, how she was struggling with everything day-to-day. We had tried putting in place meals on wheels and various other aids to try to help but nothing was taking away the look of fear on
her face when she had been alone. We tried with her staying with us but it just wasn't helping her. We didn't know what we were doing and couldn't find any help with questions. Today I have just visited her in Primrose Croft and the change in her is unbelievable. You looks younger, her face looks rosier and she looks like my mum again. She is singing as she walks around. I honestly cannot praise the staff enough for what they are doing for her. They are always smiling and know everyone's name. It's things like this that make the residents feel seen and heard. The staff are this homes biggest asset. They are always happy to help with any questions you have and are kind, amazing people.

The staff are so friendly and kind. Always smiling and warm to residents and visitors. Also each other. Mum looks so well and happy, she is well fed and the food is a nice variation of food. The home is warm and clean.

To my relief and delight, our mother settled in very quickly. From the start she sang the praises of the very friendly staff. All the employees I have met so far are so pleasant and helpful! Looking after old people cannot be a fun job, but there is always happiness in the air at Primrose Craft.
In
addition, when we have asked for a picture to be hung or an appliance mended, it has always happened fast. So: top marks so far!
Now all you need is to oil that squeaky front gate...

Primrose have really been looking after my father and he is very happy. The staff are respectful and considerate and very kind to all the residents and families. Each resident has a special place.

I have never seen my mum look so well. She is happy, calm, and settled. The care she receives is kind and respectful, and knowing she is well looked after gives our family real peace of mind. Thanks to all the staff

Primrose Croft care home is like a family. All staff are on hand to assist with anything Dad needs. They are all very supportive to us as a family. Nothing is to much trouble. If dad's medication changes or he needs medical attention they let me know straight away so I know what's going on.
If Dad
needs anything they will let me know so I can get what he needs and take it.

My nan has been living at Primrose and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are so kind, patient, and genuinely care for her as if she were their own family. Every time I visit, she looks well looked after, comfortable, and happy. The home itself feels warm and
welcoming, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she's in such safe, loving hands. We are so grateful to everyone there for the amazing support and care they give every single day.

Very caring and also they always have time to address any problems. Laundry can be a bit of a problem. But not a huge one. I feel that they (all the staff) have my mums best interests at heart.

Staff are very friendly and well trained. They know my mother in law very well including her likes and dislikes. The number of staff feels appropriate. I appreciate how well my mother in law is treated even in difficult situations.

My mum went into Primrose Croft in March. We were all made welcome and my mum was made to feel safe and included straight away. The staff were so kind, helping my mum to settle in. She was included straight away to all that was on offer at the home. It's a very happy place and all staff are so
friendly. The home has provided us all with peace of mind knowing my mum has 24 hour care with people that truelly do all they can to keep her safe and happy.

My father moved into the care home in February 2025 since then he has had a few falls as he wanders at night time and forgets to take his inhaler. But the care he gets has been excellent and if anything happens to him they are straight on the phone and inform me. The home and staff are always very
helpful.

Thank you for looking after my mum. Everyone is very kind and she is lucky to have a pretty room overlooking the garden, it seems very peaceful whevever I visit and the staff are kind and gentle. Mum enjoyed having her fingernails painted- that was a nice treat!
