I was in Meadowfield for 9 weeks after breaking my hip and got loads of help from occupational therapy and physio. All did a great job. Also, the management and carers who looked after me were excellent.

My grandma was in this care home after a fall and stay in hospital, at first we were all nervous about the transition as previously she was independently living at home, however, the care staff were brilliant. Any concerns they would ease, the management staff team are all wonderful and all work
towards providing a common goal of making lives better. The home in itself isn’t the most modern but the staff and office team make up for that which is the most important thing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. You are all an asset to the care industry.

Poor safety standards for the management of medications for vulnerable residents.
Poor support from qualified individuals in the CHESS team apart from district nurses.
Difficulty getting GP to visit or prescribe and time is taken to obtain an appropriate prescription from the home practice.
Food options are good.
