I stayed at Priory Lodge Colchester in December 2025 over the Christmas period as a guest of the care home as my sister is a resident.. I had a wonderful holiday with my sister.. The facilities are very good and the food was excellent cooked by Amanda and we had turkey and beef for Christmas Day
lunch and gammon with all the trimmings for Boxing Day lunch. with a party buffet late afternoon. The garden is lovely with a. beautiful tree and part of Colchester's. Roman wall. surrounding it. The staff were so. kind and helpful and welcomed me as part of the Priory Lodge Colchester family and I cannot praise the care home enough as all the residents are very well looked after,, the property is very well maintained and clean and. my sister is extremely happy there. A. huge thank. you to all the staff and residents of Priory Lodge Colchester for. making my. 2025 Christmas so happy and memorable.
