As ever, we continue to be delighted with the care that mum receives. The staff turnover is low at Ashwood so the staff have really got to know her over the past three years and their kindness and respect are evident. The management make sure that our views as her family are taken into account and
we are always well informed about her health and wellbeing. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease and without Ashwood I really don't know how we would have coped.

Mum seems happy, she's recently moved upstairs to a quieter room area and is settled, she is pleased she is getting regular physiotherapy following her stroke back in February this year and tells me her pressure sore is healing and being dressed and looked at regularly, which she had in March/April
this year. So we are pleased that the nursing staff are doing a great, attentive job.

Mum has been in Ashwood now for a couple of months. The staff are all approachable and will have a chat with you about any concerns or information that you require. Nothing seems to much for them. Mum had her 87th birthday and a cake was brought in and "Happy Birthday" was sung from all the staff.
What can I say but keep up the good work.

Ashwood is a pleasant place to visit. You are welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Once admitted you were in a warm and clean atmosphere. Any member of staff that you met gave a friendly smile and a hello. The food was first class, having a great chef. Everywhere was clean, with cleaners active all
day. I cannot fault anything with Ashwood.

My stay here at Ashwood is very good. All the staff are friendly and help me out a lot. Because my parents passed away in May 2022 and Nov 2023. My independence once has gone, and now I find I have no car of my own (had to sell my Voxhall Signum). Because of my never-ending problems and sore hip
which is healing very slowly - 18 months now - my care regarding the problem area is very good, GP Beechwood is ok but my spinal unit was at a different location

Each member of staff I have met has been welcoming and helpful. The staff are an asset to the 'Country Court' family.
It is a relief to know my dearest friend is safe and so well cared for.

I had no anticipation of what to expect in a care home environment hence I was very apprehensive before my admission to Ashwood. However, all my worries went away when I saw the professionalism, politeness and kindness of all staff members. I was well cared for and feel that I am in a much better
state, both physically and mentally than how I came into Ashwood. I thoroughly enjoyed all the meals and all the other facilities that I made use of at Ashwood. I feel like a new person now and I know whom to approach in case I require any care input or advice in the future.

Mum has been a resident for 12 years and recently celebrated her 100th Birthday with a wonderful party provided by the caring staff in particular 2 staff members who went above and beyond. Her care has been exceptional, did not think when she went in the home 12 years ago that we would be reaching
this milestone so goes to show what good care does. Thank you everyone
