In August, Coplands Nursing Home took my Mum for 2 weeks respite care. This was to enable my wife and I to take a holiday abroad for the first time in 6 years. My Mum had never been in a care home and was very reluctant however, all the staff at Coplands were extremely lovely to my Mum. They made her feel very welcome from the moment she arrived. They took care of her medical needs, she was comfortable, looked after extremely well and enjoyed her stay. We are hoping for the same again next year! We are grateful to Babita & Ariel for making all the arrangements and of course the lovely staff members who took care of Mum. Thank you.

Aerial was extremely professional + very helpful. He ensured Mark was settled and had all his need, he double checked everything with me to ensure he knew exactly what Mark needed. Mark spent a total of 3 weeks in respite and I felt very confident that he was cared for extremely well at all times and all his complex needs were catered for. I would recommend Aerial and his staff at all times. Thank you for caring for mark and allow me to take some respite.

Sister at Coplands Nursing Home 01/07/2025 being transferred from hospital. Happy to say great place as a respite and a permanent home. Great team from management, reception (polite) dep.manager, nurses, carers, physio, technician, chiropodist, hairdressers visit, optician very very caring and kind. I am very happy for my sisters care they have provided day/night. Best care home.

This care home is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly loving, united, and show such genuine compassion towards both patients and visitors. My grandmother, who is bed bound and can often be quite challenging, is being cared for with such patience and kindness. The team are not only considerate and supportive, but also consistently encourage her to take on small challenges, such as getting out of bed or trying new meals, which has made a real difference to her well-being. She is always kept clean and comfortable, and the hygiene standards throughout the home are excellent. I feel deeply grateful to all the staff for their dedication and care, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that when I leave, my grandmother is in safe, kind, and capable hands.

My brother has been a resident of the home since September 2024. The home is clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and friendly, very caring and patient with my brother. When he first arrived, he was very unsettled, but within the week, I could see a difference in his personality. So happy we chose this home.

Very helpful staff always ready to help. The home is very clean, the room is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The food has always been very well cooked and presented, plenty of variety. The staff always have a smile and a kind word to everyone. We are extremely happy with our auntie's care. Thank you all.

The home manager really does make every effort to promote quality of life and personal choice for the resident. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly to my auntie and all family. Home is so clean. Chef keeps coming and asking my auntie what she likes to eat. I am really impressed and recommend this home to keep your loved one, no doubt this home is A star. In future, if I need a care home, I want to stay in this home.
