I am very happy with the home. All the staff are very good & caring. My friend is very well looked after, even he is very difficult to look after.

My brother has been a resident of the home since September 2024. The home is clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and friendly, very caring and patient with my brother. When he first arrived, he was very unsettled, but within the week, I could see a difference in his personality. So happy we chose this home.

Very helpful staff always ready to help. The home is very clean, the room is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The food has always been very well cooked and presented, plenty of variety. The staff always have a smile and a kind word to everyone. We are extremely happy with our auntie's care. Thank you all.

Our relative was resistant to residential care given he had been on his own for past 40 years. He was not very sociable to begin with but perseverance of the staff at Coplands Nursing Home, their enthusiasm and encouragement has seen him take part in many activities now the nurses keep an eye on his medical needs, monitor health and well being and are helpful in discussing his care needs. All the staff are very friendly, approachable and listen to any concerns, which they act upon. The care home is ran in a very positive atmosphere and we can see that our relative is benefitting from the care support he is receiving.

The home manager really does make every effort to promote quality of life and personal choice for the resident. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly to my auntie and all family. Home is so clean. Chef keeps coming and asking my auntie what she likes to eat. I am really impressed and recommend this home to keep your loved one, no doubt this home is A star. In future, if I need a care home, I want to stay in this home.

My aunt has been at Coplands for almost two years and we are very happy with the care, service and support that we all receive. My aunt is very happy at Coplands and has made lots of friends. All the staff take great care of her. Thank you all for your kindness, support and great care.

Very happy with the care service. The food and drinks are good. The laundry is excellent. Management is very approachable and helpful.

My sister has been a resident for many years. I can not praise the standard of care enough, if you have a query it is always sorted out very promptly. The staff are all kind and caring the communication between staff and relatives is excellent.

An outstanding garden party with good food and entertainment with sunny weather! The staff helped the residents to enjoy the event and have a good time. A very friendly atmosphere.

Since my father-in-law was admitted to this lovely caring care home myself and my family are very happy with the genuine service. The main attraction is all the staff, managers, nurses, catering, activities staff, receptionists, and chefs are very kind, polite, and caring. This home is like environmental home managers are Calvert approachable and helpful very warm welcome receptionist although my dad in law in is bed bound activities staff offered activities to my dad on his choices and preferences and the chef are following dietary.
