Coplands Nursing Home

The staff have been very supportive in looking after my father and making him feel welcome in their care home. All the nurses, carers, activity staff management are excellent at their job. Amazing carehome, highly recommend.

my mum has now been in the Copland care Home for over 3 years. she is well looked after and treated with dignity and respect by all staff. she is 83 with diabetes, GERD and chronic kidney issues. She enjoys all the group activities by staff and this keeps her mind active and engaged she has made a lot of friends here. Thank you to Beata (the manager) and all the staff who do such an amazing job and keep the residents happy

Mum was very anxious before going in and wasn't sure how she would feel about staying away from home. But from the very first visit, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and supportive that she immediately felt v. comfortable. During her stay, everyone was so kind and caring, and helped her with everything she needed. From looking after her to making sure that her dietry needs were also met. She was encouraged to take part in the activities, which in turn gave her confidence. She made some lovely friends too. The biggest surprise was when it was time for Mum to come home & she didn't want to leave. Everyone came to say goodbye, and it was such an emotional moment for all of us. A huge 'thank you' to everyone for making Mum's stay such a positive and happy experience. Your kindness and genuine care meant so much to her and to our whole family. We would definitely recommend this care home for anyone looking for care. Thank you.

From the initial visit to the day we had to leave Coplands, I was bowled over by the attention, care and dedication of every member of staff. From behind the scenes service personnel to front facing carers. I observed their friendly camaraderie & strong work ethic. Thank you for your kindness and gentleness of spirit. You made every step easier with your thoughtfulness.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my mother Mary is a resident at Coplands. She is so loved by all the staff. They have literally saved her life. She was dying at the care home in Cyprus. She wasn't eating while she was there.

The staff at Coplands Care Home are lovely and supportive. My grandma seems very content here, and the staff/carers are always up-to-date with her management. The girls are attentive and do their best to make her feel involved in activities. If I ever have concerns, they are happy to discuss this with me! I know she is in good hands, which puts my mind at ease when I'm not able to visit.

I am happy with the services, and Osei was treated very well, and he loved his stay here.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful, and always accommodating Babita - home management Arial and d/manager Agerand have been so supportive. I would always recommend. Nurses also are very helpful.

It's been 3 years now since my wife was admitted into Coplands Nursing Home. I have no complaints whatsoever. They treat her just like their family member, and the service is excellent, and the facilities are very clean and organised properly. In my own experience, the home is like a home where you may never feel that you are in a different place, as my wife is very happy staying here. Nevertheless, I can recommend to other families. Food and everything is excellent and staff are very good, and management and also the domestic care are very good. Safety and security, and mostly value for money.

In August, Coplands Nursing Home took my Mum for 2 weeks respite care. This was to enable my wife and I to take a holiday abroad for the first time in 6 years. My Mum had never been in a care home and was very reluctant however, all the staff at Coplands were extremely lovely to my Mum. They made her feel very welcome from the moment she arrived. They took care of her medical needs, she was comfortable, looked after extremely well and enjoyed her stay. We are hoping for the same again next year! We are grateful to Babita & Ariel for making all the arrangements and of course the lovely staff members who took care of Mum. Thank you.

Aerial was extremely professional + very helpful. He ensured Mark was settled and had all his need, he double checked everything with me to ensure he knew exactly what Mark needed. Mark spent a total of 3 weeks in respite and I felt very confident that he was cared for extremely well at all times and all his complex needs were catered for. I would recommend Aerial and his staff at all times. Thank you for caring for mark and allow me to take some respite.

Sister at Coplands Nursing Home 01/07/2025 being transferred from hospital. Happy to say great place as a respite and a permanent home. Great team from management, reception (polite) dep.manager, nurses, carers, physio, technician, chiropodist, hairdressers visit, optician very very caring and kind. I am very happy for my sisters care they have provided day/night. Best care home.

She is always kept clean and comfortable, and the hygiene standards throughout the home are excellent. I feel deeply grateful to all the staff for their dedication and care, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that when I leave, my grandmother is in safe, kind, and capable hands.
