Coplands Nursing Home

My brother enjoyed the very best of care during his stay at Coplands. Everyone was supportive of my brother, sister, and me, they went to great trouble to make sure that we felt he was safe. The whole staff the Managers, Carers, and the Chef all took the time to make him comfortable and could not do enough for him.

Just want to say a big thank you for everything the staff has done for my brother. I know that every day he's happy because everyone is helping. Thanks again from me and my family. Every time my brother was here he never complained. The reception was very helpful.

I am always impressed with both the staff and the cleanliness of the home and my aunt's room. She is happily settled and comfortable. I am always greeted with a warm and friendly smile from your receptionist and the other carers.

My sister had wonderful care for the many years she lived at Coplands. The staff did a fantastic job and showed endless compassion and love. It has brought great comfort to me to know how much she will be missed by everyone.

My mother-in-law was very happy. She was looked after very well. Always was kept clean.

My auntie was here more than a year. She sadly passed away recently. My auntie was so happy and safe in this home. Whenever I visited her she was always presentable, smiling and happy. Her room looked always tidy. She loved activities and all staff always looked happy in this home. Reception is very welcoming. Rooms and all environment is always very clean. Whenever I visit the home, I feel like it's my home. I will miss this home in my life.

All the staff excellent. One to one carers very polite and helpful. Very clean and warm in rooms. Management always available to answer any questions.

I'm very happy for my sister, she is doing well. The staff are very good, they look after my sister. I visit my sister every day and she looks very happy. The food is very nice.

My mother was admitted on the 31st of August 2022 in Coplands. During her stay, she was taken care of with compassion and she felt very comfortable. Thanking the staff for the excellent care they provided. Best nursing home in the area, there is no doubt.

Since my brother was placed into the care home, I'm very happy with the care that he has been getting. I find Coplands Nursing Home is immaculately clean. Staff and nurses are all very upbeat and happy. The receptionist always answers the phone. Everyone listens to all concerns and acts on any requests from family. I would highly recommend the care home.

Since my aunt was admitted here she settled in quite quickly. First of all the staff are all professional in the way they treat us and especially my auntie. She was happy and enjoying the activities and one thing I am very happy with is the care home is very clean. My auntie is very clean too and the room is tidy. It's safe all around and very secure. Overall very happy, excellent service, thank you.

The staff are really good to my brother and I am more than happy with the treatment he is getting.

My son has been a resident at this facility since 2014 and has felt really blessed with the level of care across the board. From management to the different carers and nurses. I have seen how well treated and supported my son has been. They are great at communicating, updates and needs and have bridged the gap when needed. A very good setting and staff are always helpful and polite.
