The 79 en-suite rooms are decorated to high a standard, with modern furnishings and fittings throughout. An experienced multicultural care team at the home work hard to adapt to the varying needs of residents, with a focus on delivering high standards of personalised care.

The home has been recognised for its positive work with student nurses and student doctors and has an ongoing partnership with an international college to provide internships for international student medical professionals to the benefit of all who live and work in the home.

Since my brother was placed into the care home, I'm very happy with the care that he has been getting. I find Coplands Nursing Home is immaculately clean. Staff and nurses are all very upbeat and happy. The receptionist always answers the phone. Everyone listens to all concerns and acts on any requests
from family. I would highly recommend the care home.

Since my aunt was admitted here she settled in quite quickly. First of all the staff are all professional in the way they treat us and especially my auntie. She was happy and enjoying the activities and one thing I am very happy with is the care home is very clean. My auntie is very clean too and the

My son has been a resident at this facility since 2014 and has felt really blessed with the level of care across the board. From management to the different carers and nurses. I have seen how well treated and supported my son has been. They are great at communicating, updates and needs and have bridged

My experience with Coplands Nursing Home has been nothing short of outstanding. My mother has been in their care for two and a half months after an unfortunate stroke. She was greeted by a warm, welcoming staff who truly cared about the residents. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. The
team of dedicated professionals goes above and beyond. Residents have a variety of options of activities to choose from.
The manager is truly compassionate and always available to address any concerns. Living thousands of miles away, knowing that my mother is in a safe and loving environment is comforting.

The home is very lovely, nice and clean. Whenever I visit my father all the staff are very polite, helpful and kind. My father looks settled. My father is receiving his choice of meal here. Staff are maintaining his room very well. I am happy now there is an in-house physio. My father is receiving daily
activity to make him occupied and the best thing they have got plenty of Gujrati-speaking staff so there is no communication problems. Especially the manager, she is very approachable.

My brother came as end-of-life care to Coplands Nursing Home last year. He peacefully passed away on 23/05/23. All staff looked after my brother very well. The staff were very caring, understanding and always there for him. It's a brilliant nursing home and I am happy that my brother got the best care
in the world. The management team was outstanding, especially the deputy manager and the manager was brilliant to me and my brother. I especially miss this care home myself because they were so kind, caring and understanding.

I am so pleased and happy to see top care is taken by managers and staff. My sister who is cared for by all in the home and is looking so happy and cheerful especially as I know she was so ill when she was admitted here. To see her smile is a result of the excellent care with affection she is getting.

From the moment my father arrived here, we have been very pleased with the level of care he has received here. They are very professional from the receptionist to the nurses. Always very welcoming. My sister was admitted from the hospital in December 2022 to Coplands Nursing Home and was placed in Hawk Unit. She has been there for 18 months now. She requires total care and her needs are met on a daily basis, also a sacral pressure sore has gone from a grade 4 to a grade 2, this pressure sore was
acquired in the hospital. I'm very happy with her care. The nurses are friendly and dedicated to caring for their patients. Also a big thank you to the managers and reception staff.

Whenever I come to see my sister all the staff members are fabulous, very kind, friendly and cheerful. My sister's room is beautiful and clean. Job Title: Home Manager

Hi, my name is Babita and I am extremely proud to be part of the team at Coplands Nursing Home as their Home Manager.


After finishing University I have worked in various Care Homes and NHS Trust as a Registered Nurse. Time progressed and I became a Clinical Lead, then Deputy Manager and then was appointed Registered Manager in 2022.


We have built a strong team of dedicated and long serving professionals at Coplands Nursing Home and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. Its an absolute rollercoaster some days, but I always strive for us to do things better. I have been awarded with Best Manager of The Year 2021 and Social Care Award 2022.
