Coplands Nursing Home

Very good service i.e. Covid testing, staff are very helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at Coplands Nursing Home if so. The home is very clean.

The care home and staff employed in all departments offer the highest standard support and care and understanding to every residents' needs. Nothing is ever too much and patients and rooms are kept clean. Food is of high standard, with a good variety and generous portions, and all staff are friendly and understanding. Excellent facilities.

My mother was admitted to Coplands Nursing Home in Wembley. The staff took very good care of her. As she was unable to eat by herself the staff and carers were gentle and loving when feeding her. They did not rush to feed her. The room was very clean and she was kept very fresh and her clothes were always clean. We had a great bonding with all the staff there. My mother was there for four and a half weeks, she was very peaceful. Nurses were always available to ask questions. Very helpful.

I came back to Coplands Nursing Home after six months since my mum passed away. The nurses and reception greeted me very warmly and I felt like family. I am very proud my mum was looked after by such a caring team. Coplands have an amazing way of keeping everyone smiling and happy. The care is excellent.

I am very happy with the high standard of care that my mother is receiving at Coplands Nursing Home. The nurses are very sympathetic and compassionate to her needs and always contact me to update me of any changes. The receptionist and staff are very welcoming when I visit my mother and I was very impressed by the arrangements that were made for my mothers birthday. The home has a high standard of cleanliness and I feel confident that my mother is in the right place for her needs.

I am very happy and satisfied with the level and quality of care that my stepfather is receiving in Coplands Nursing Home. First of all the receptionist is very welcoming and helpful and that is the first impression, positive. Staff are friendly too. My stepfather is extremely happy here. I am very satisfied with the management as she has always been responsive and professional. The place is clean and smells good. Every time I visit I can detect that the place is improving and all I can say is thank you.

I find the staff very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept; it's nice to sit outside when the weather is good. My husband's carer is a very special person; he is a very calm man for him. The new manager is a pleasant lady. The change in the care home is really nice and relaxed and homely. The receptionist is a really nice person and also helpful. All the other carers I have spoken to are great.

I have just been allowed into the home to visits my mum. I can see lots of changes for the better. The rooms are clean and have been redecorated. My mum seems happier and well looked after. I can't comment on much at the moment as have not had a good chance to really review the changes; just please continue.

My friend has recently become a resident at Coplands Nursing Home after being discharged from hospital due to Covid-19. I've been unable to visit inside the home but every time I've contacted Coplands it's been very professional and warm contact and assisted me with either an update of my friend or passing on the call so that I can talk to my friend. Recently I was able to visit to see my friend in the garden which was managed well. I recommend the gazebo as it did rain!

The carers were very courteous and compassionate. Even though my mother did not speak English the carers managed to bring a smile on her face and assisted her with all her needs. I would certainly recommend this nursing home to my friends and relatives.

My sister has been a resident of Coplands for 17 years and has had excellent treatment throughout all those years. The staff are all kind, concerned and efficient and I am very grateful to them.
