Coplands Nursing Home is conveniently located in a quiet residential street in Wembley and within easy access of Wembley Central station and other local transport links.

The 79 en-suite rooms are decorated to high a standard, with modern furnishings and fittings throughout. An experienced multicultural care team at the home work hard to adapt to the varying needs of residents, with a focus on delivering high standards of personalised care.

The home has been recognised for its positive work with student nurses and student doctors and has an ongoing partnership with an international college to provide internships for international student medical professionals to the benefit of all who live and work in the home.

My dad was given a place at Coplands Nursing Home after the sad passing of my mum who was his main carer. The staff at Coplands all went out of their way to ensure the quick and safe transfer/settling-in of my dad through a very difficult time of grief and lifestyle change.
My dad is still very settled
and happy at Coplands. All the staff, from the welcoming receptionist to the caregivers, nurses, catering staff and maintenance are helpful, friendly and informative. There has been a recent change in the management but the new team are enthusiastic and has already met with us.

We write to say a big thank you for all the care with dignity and respect that my mother received during her stay at Coplands Nursing Home. This respect and care was extended to the family during visits.
The quality of care, facilities and security was excellent. The room was clean and food was appropriately
planned.
I, in particular, thank two of the nurses for their exceptional care and professionalism as well as the front-of-house, helpful staff.

My mum has been living here since 2017. She is receiving very good care from the home. All the staff are very polite, friendly and kind and my mum feels like it's her own home.

A care home that is led very well, especially during difficult times - Covid. Staff are friendly and approachable, and we have a great relationship with them. Nurses are informative and caring and work very hard along with the carers. All-round - good team!

The care home and staff employed in all departments offer the highest standard support and care and understanding to every residents' needs. Nothing is ever too much and patients and rooms are kept clean. Food is of high standard, with a good variety and generous portions, and all staff are friendly

My mother was admitted to Coplands Nursing Home in Wembley. The staff took very good care of her. As she was unable to eat by herself the staff and carers were gentle and loving when feeding her. They did not rush to feed her. The room was very clean and she was kept very fresh and her clothes were
always clean. We had a great bonding with all the staff there. My mother was there for four and a half weeks, she was very peaceful. Nurses were always available to ask questions. Very helpful.

I came back to Coplands Nursing Home after six months since my mum passed away. The nurses and reception greeted me very warmly and I felt like family. I am very proud my mum was looked after by such a caring team. Coplands have an amazing way of keeping everyone smiling and happy. The care is excellent.

I am very happy with the high standard of care that my mother is receiving at Coplands Nursing Home. The nurses are very sympathetic and compassionate to her needs and always contact me to update me of any changes. The receptionist and staff are very welcoming when I visit my mother and I was very impressed
by the arrangements that were made for my mothers birthday. The home has a high standard of cleanliness and I feel confident that my mother is in the right place for her needs.

Coplands Nursing Home have been extremely impressive in the way they accommodate and care for my dad and friends and family when we visit.
All through the height of the pandemic the home has been excellent. There was a good mix of restrictions and accessibility with testing when required.

Job Title: Home Manager

Hi, my name is Babita and I am extremely proud to be part of the team at Coplands Nursing Home as their Home Manager.


After finishing University I have worked in various Care Homes and NHS Trust as a Registered Nurse. Time progressed and I became a Clinical Lead, then Deputy Manager and then was appointed Registered Manager in 2022.


We have built a strong team of dedicated and long serving professionals at Coplands Nursing Home and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. Its an absolute rollercoaster some days, but I always strive for us to do things better. I have been awarded with Best Manager of The Year 2021 and Social Care Award 2022.
