Babita LamaJob Title Home Manager

Hi, my name is Babita and I am extremely proud to be part of the team at Coplands Nursing Home as their Home Manager.

After finishing University I have worked in various Care Homes and NHS Trust as a Registered Nurse. Time progressed and I became a Clinical Lead, then Deputy Manager and then was appointed Registered Manager in 2022.

We have built a strong team of dedicated and long serving professionals at Coplands Nursing Home and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. Its an absolute rollercoaster some days, but I always strive for us to do things better. I have been awarded with Best Manager of The Year 2021 and Social Care Award 2022. Read less
