The staff at Aspen have been excellent since my father arrived . We're always joking he gets treat like royalty ! The place itself is nipping clean , but it's the staff that make it a great experience , so friendly and caring .

I would like to share some feedback about my mum's home and the exceptional standard of care she receives.
As an only child living nine hours' drive away from mums home it is incredibly hard for me to leave my mum each time I visit as I am sure you can imagine and it's even harder knowing that
because of her dementia, as she no longer recognises me however close we are, however, I take enormous comfort in knowing that mum is surrounded by such compassionate, dedicated and genuinely caring staff.
Every single member of the team treats my mum with kindness, dignity, and respect, It truly feels as though they all love her, and in her own way, I know she feels safe, happy and cared for, that reassurance means more to me than I can ever put into words.
The staff go above and beyond in every way, they keep me constantly updated with regular phone calls and communication regardless of how busy they are and whatever situations they are having to deal with, which makes such a difference w

All Nurse staff and carers are very supportive food is always lovely different choices available for residents the manager is very approachable the activities staff are wonderful with the residents making sure everyone is happy

My brother spent over two years here with advanced Parkinson's Disease, and he was always treated with kindness and dignity. The staff were patient, compassionate and attentive to his comfort throughout.
We felt supported as a family, and the gentle care he received in his final weeks meant a great
deal.
We are sincerely grateful and would confidently recommend this home to others.

My Aunt was at Aspen Court from October 2022 until this August when she passed away after a short illness.
She enjoyed her time at the Carehome were she has been looked after by all carers and at the end by the medical staff. There care and attention to all her needs have been exceptional.
Whenever we visit it always feels more like a home environment were it is such a nice place to be. We cannot praise them all enough. They have kept in touch with me sometimes daily to keep me updated on her health and wellbeing, when she took poorly as unfortunately we live in Norfolk over 4 1/2 hours away. The Manager has helped my aunt and myself whenever it was required. Thank you all.

Very happy for my wife to be at this home. The staff are very good and helpful. I only wish she had a nicer room. The medical care she gets is very good. I know she can be hard to live with, but the home seems to look after her well. What more can I say but thank you.

I came to see my dad and can honesty say what a beautiful home he is in,, the cleanness is to high standards and the meals are fantastic the manger and staff are always at hand and very helpful and he looked really happy.

Came to visit my auntie and the service is outstanding from all the staff especiallythe manager. The food and cleanliness is immaculate. The care they provide is out of this world and would recommend this to anyone

My beautiful friend has been in Aspen Court for two years they love their home the staff are always there for them nothing is the bother.the hygiene of the home is immaculate there is always a beautiful smell in the home the manager always has time for you no matter what, we as family and friends
are very happy with the care delivered to our loved one

My mother has been resident at Aspen with advanced Alzheimer's since April. The staff have been brilliant and my mother seems more calm and less anxious than in her previous home. The family have been able to relax more knowing she is now safe and well cared for and the nurses are always on the ball
predicting conditions like UTIs well in advance. They always take the time to provide updates and make themselves available no matter how busy they are, as does the Manager, whose door is always open with a warm friendly greeting and has been more than helpful at such a stressful time. I cannot commend the home enough for the care and support they have provided and would like to thank all of the staff for making my mam feel so at home and well cared for

The staff are amazing in this care home, the care my friend received in this home was second to none .the food was absolutely delicious and plenty of choice. I thought that the hygiene was especially good .

My mam has been a resident at Aspen Court care home for nearly 3 years. All of the staff are great with my mam and you can tell really care for her. My mam has Alzheimer's and has alot of daily care needs which are all completed by the staff with great kindness. Any medical needs that arise have
been dealt with immediately by the home who keep me informed on every detail. They also include my mam in all the activities from painting to Tai Chi. Also the support the whole family have received has been amazing and the manager is never too busy to chat through and help with any questions or advice.

My nana has been at Aspen Court for almost three years and has received the highest quality care from the staff there. They have kept her clean, well fed, healthy and most importantly happy. There is obviously always an element of worry when a family member has dementia but the staff at Aspen Court
do everything within their power to lessen that worry. They are there for the families in addition to the residents. My nana has built such a bond with them and we couldn't be happier with how she is treated there.

Amazing staff at this home every one goes extra mile to make sure our mother is well taken care of. We can't fault any part of this home . Makes us feel happy she is in the best place and getting best care possible massive thanks to all staff involved each and everyone of you is appreciated more

All staff go "Above and beyond" in their care of my mother who has complex needs and exhibits challenging behaviour .
I was concerned when mother had to leave her long term residential home due to her advancing Dementia, that her needs may not be met, however I have found the care At Aspen Court
to be exemplary.

From my experience during visits, residents receive a high standard of care. My stepfather took a little while to settle in but is becoming accustomed to his new environment and speaks highly of the care provided.

Aspen Court came highly recommended before Mam became a resident.
The carers are exceptional and they treat the residents like family. I could not wish for better care. The staff go above and beyond for the residents and their families. They are always available to chat and reassure me if I have
any concerns. There is always a cheerful atmosphere and it gives peace of mind to know that all Mam's needs are met. She is so happy and settled and is always telling me the ladies looking after her are all lovely. I can't thank the staff and manager enough for all they do.

My Mother has been a resident for over 12 months and has received fantastic care. She's so happy, warm, clean, tidy and very well-fed. She loves the team of staff that takes great care of her day and night. There is a lovely homely feel about the place. I felt this from day one, every staff member
here cares and is so friendly it's not for show because I'm there it's how it is every day. The staff make a huge fuss over every single resident they have so patient and caring people. I regard them all as an excellent example of how you look after your loved ones. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
