I found this care home to be very clean & spacious with a good clean layout. Bedroom is of a very good size with also a good sized bathroom/toilet. Living/dining room had a good layout, with easy access to the back gardens - which are well kept and well maintained. Staff are very professional & friendly.

The place is well maintained and clean, everything is very organised the time for medication, meals, and activities are punctual. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide all the information needed when asked. The care provided for my dad has been excellent, he's very happy and grateful for the support.

My relative is content with the home despite suffering from advised dementia. The staff are very caring and try to support her in many ways. It's also good for her being encouraged to join in the activities provided.

Myself and family members were very happy with mum's time at Greenhive Care Home. The staff on mums unit and the team leaders work really hard, sometimes under difficult conditions. They do a fantastic job keeping the residents safe and ensure the residents personal hygiene is done regularly.. Whilst all the team leaders were very good, one was a fantastic team leader, she really goes the extra mile. Residents rooms are spotless and are cleaned on a daily basis. The activities co-ordinator does a brilliant job with the residents. You can see she is passionate about her role, The activities are varied, imaginative and inclusive. Lots happening throughout the week. I must also say a huge thank you to each and every staff member who looked after mum during her time at Greenhive. Thank you!

Mum seems very comfortable and well cared for. Meals served are varied and highly nutritious. I appreciate that the staff know all the residents well and come across as friendly and approachable. I believe it benefits residents that bedroom doors are left open. My mum can always hear voices in the corridor.

It is the staff and nurses at Greenhive that really makes it the very best haven for my father (who is suffering from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia quite severely). He is safe, really well looked after and genuinely cared for by these angels. Whilst the corporate communication between the provider (Agincare) and it's customers (we the family of a resident) could do with softening at times. Our overall experience has been very good - and this is almost all down to the nurses and carers. A huge thank you to them!

My husband has Alzheimer's with vascular dementia (advanced). He is very happy at Greenhive Care Home. The staff are exceptional - professional, caring and always available to talk. They look after him as his dementia has worsened and he needs help with even basic tasks. They are friendly and chatty to the residents, treating them with humour and understanding, as well as respect. The home is managed by Agincare and communication with them has been rather difficult. But that has been sorted ad he continues to be happy and content at Greenhive.

I have had no bad experience of kind at the home the staff are friendly not only to the visitors but residents as well. Always greeted with a smile from staff and surprisingly my husband as well. I have found that I can ask questions at any time & there will be someone there to answer them for me.

Can not fault this place, always spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and caring especially the lady who looks after my mother, she goes beyond to do anything you need. Was a bit apprehensive when Mum went in but she is cared for in every way and she is so settled. Best place in my opinion, can't fault them.

My aunt is very comfortable and relaxed, also in a better state of mind. Having people to talk to, also her eating is good. The diabetes is gone that's really good, she's not on her death's bed like in the sheltered accommodation which was the wrong place for her. So I am happy she is here.

My cousin is cared for in this home. Very good. I am very happy with the care she is getting. I have no problem with the staff and management where her care is concerned. She is very happy and comfortable with her other friends in the home.

Overall experience very good. Staff are all kind. Though not relevant as far as home is concerned, the care is getting more expensive with rises in July 23, November 23 and a proposed increase in April 2024.

When I first came to view the home my first impression was how clean the reception was, the warm welcome received and the information given was very good. I was impressed at how warm and clean the areas visited were. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I am very pleased with the care and attention my cousin receives. Keep up the good work.
