When we visit as a family, they always make our visit as streamlined as possible, and on the special occasions when the whole family comes together (Christmas, birthday, etc), they clear, prepare and sometimes decorate an entire backroom just for us. Everyone at Greenhive acts with such professionalism.

My visit here as always been pleasant and the staffs here are helpful. I also see where they do the best they can to make the residents be as comfortable as possible. So yes my visit here as so far been a positive experience everytime.

Am has been a resident for about 4 years. The care provided has been excellent and she has been well cared for despite suffering from a degenerative dementia. Thank to all staff and the range of activities provided.

Very nice place staff are very nice but 1 thing that is not good is when peoples clothes are washed they often go missing and r not returned which is not good enough people cant afford to keep buying new clothes which I can not understand why.

Happy with most things to do with Joe's care, the rooms are kept clean. The laundry is done regularly (sometimes too regular). The food menu is passable, can be improved. But my major issue is lack of exercise for the residents. I feel Joe's mobility has deteriorated since coming here. I think his physical welbeing can be improved with more mobility focused exercises. All in all, things are good, but can be improved.

The staff have tried very hard to get my husband involved in the home activities, but I feel that he is passed the stage of being able to get him to join in. The bedrooms could do with a fresh coat of paint room is a bit tatty chips of wood taken out of skirting and frames and furniture but he feels safe there and that is all that mattered. I could not have picked a better place.
