Greenhive

Geenhive is a wonderful facility. My sister was in a difficult position prior to arriving here. She has been welcomed and cared for in a fabulous way. Now she is eating well, socialising and generally acting in a manner she hadn't been doing for a long time. Management and staff have been terrific in helping her settle in.

My mother became a resident of Greenhive in July 2022. Since she has been in this care home she has been given exceptional care of which I am thoroughly grateful. The management and staff within the home are very friendly and always provide professional and empathetic service to myself, my siblings and all who go to visit my mother.

I'm happy when leaving my grandmother at Greenhive. I feel like she's safe and well taken care of. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. My grandmother's room is always clean and tidy and she seems very happy being at the home.

My mum is very frail now but has been a happy and really well-cared-for Greenhive resident for almost three years. The staff are courteous and so caring. I'm so impressed with the lovely relationship they have with my mum. Greenhive has an outstandingly happy, inclusive atmosphere. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

All the staff at Greenhive gave my mum excellent care during the three months she stayed there. Staff were incredibly kind, friendly, caring and professional and very supportive to me as the end of her life drew near. I have been visiting Greenhive since my sister came in and I am very pleased with it. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and polite. Every part is so clean and my sister seems happy.

The care home is always clean and tidy and my mum always seems well looked after. The staff are always helpful with giving feedback and communicating if there are any issues with my mother. The building overall is quite new and the rooms are very presentable.

Sometimes the simple things make a difference and show people care. My dad loves coffee with evaporated milk. I requested it and they have implemented the request... ice cream next.

My uncle has been here almost a year now, and the initial positive attention and care for him still exist! He is made to feel loved and very cared for, and they family are very happy/

Everyone seems happy. The residents appear occupied and content and the staff are caring and lovely. All the spaces are clear and clean and all the staff are exceptionally helpful.

Greenhive has been a life-saver for my cousin. He was in a poor state prior to being admitted eighteen months ago because he would not engage with care providers in his own home. He is now thriving and happy thanks to the kindness, patience and care of Greenhive staff. Everyone I have had dealings with has been friendly and helpful and it really does feel like a family. Even though I live some distance away and find video calls difficult, I feel that the staff make every effort to help me keep in contact with my cousin.

Since my mother has been in Greenhive she has a new lease of life. The care that she receives is flawless. She is happier than she has been in the recent past. Thank you for treating our mother with kindness, patience and dignity. Keep up the outstanding work.
