A welcoming, friendly place with good care for my brother who is content.

Doris has been here for a long time. We are very happy with how the staff take care of her. It's always clean and tidy when I visit. Thank you all very much.

My relative has been satisfactorily accommodated within the care home, after the first few months of being there. She has been well cared for during her stay, which initially started as respite but has now become permament. And I am happy for this to continue. She seems well settled and is largely
content. When I go to visit her.

Mum has flourished since she come to Greenhive. She is always clean and well dressed and this down to the staff who been brilliant with mum thanks to all of them.

Laurie has been a long-time friend for over 40 years. To the best of his ability, he describes this residence as fairly good. And from what I have observed when visiting I would agree. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been very impressed with the care provided by Agincare Home Care Service. The staff are not only friendly and approachable but also highly competent, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators.
My sister's care plan, along with its ongoing updates, has always been explained clearly and
concisely, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind. In particular, I would like to highlight the Team Leader in the Burgess Unit, she organises her team exceptionally well, ensuring continuity of care and communication even during her absence. On those occasions, the team has kept me fully appraised of my sister's wellbeing, which I deeply appreciate.
Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend Agincare to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and well-coordinated care for their loved ones.

My first impression of Greenhive was a wonderful experience. My auntie was so welcomed by beautiful staff, they showed so much care, her room was nice and bright and very clean, extremely organised.

The place is well maintained and clean, everything is very organised the time for medication, meals, and activities are punctual. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide all the information needed when asked. The care provided for my dad has been excellent, he's very happy and
grateful for the support.

My relative is content with the home despite suffering from advised dementia. The staff are very caring and try to support her in many ways. It's also good for her being encouraged to join in the activities provided.

Myself and family members were very happy with mum's time at Greenhive Care Home. The staff on mums unit and the team leaders work really hard, sometimes under difficult conditions. They do a fantastic job keeping the residents safe and ensure the residents personal hygiene is done regularly..
Whilst all the team leaders were very good, one was a fantastic team leader, she really goes the extra mile. Residents rooms are spotless and are cleaned on a daily basis. The activities co-ordinator does a brilliant job with the residents. You can see she is passionate about her role, The activities are varied, imaginative and inclusive. Lots happening throughout the week. I must also say a huge thank you to each and every staff member who looked after mum during her time at Greenhive. Thank you!

Mum seems very comfortable and well cared for. Meals served are varied and highly nutritious. I appreciate that the staff know all the residents well and come across as friendly and approachable. I believe it benefits residents that bedroom doors are left open. My mum can always hear voices in the
corridor.
