The care home is always clean and tidy and my mum always seems well looked after. The staff are always helpful with giving feedback and communicating if there are any issues with my mother. The building overall is quite new and the rooms are very presentable.

Friendly and welcoming staff. All know Mum and remember me which is lovely. Always clean and smells good. The staff are wonderful with Mum and her needs.

Sometimes the simple things make a difference and show people care. My dad loves coffee with evaporated milk. I requested it and they have implemented the request... ice cream next.

Greenhive has been a life-saver for my cousin. He was in a poor state prior to being admitted eighteen months ago because he would not engage with care providers in his own home. He is now thriving and happy thanks to the kindness, patience and care of Greenhive staff. Everyone I have had dealings with
has been friendly and helpful and it really does feel like a family. Even though I live some distance away and find video calls difficult, I feel that the staff make every effort to help me keep in contact with my cousin.

The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming and my dad has felt relaxed and at home from the very beginning. The restrictions, due to Covid, have made visiting slightly more complicated but nevertheless, staff have done everything they can to make the process as easy as possible.
