My friend makes a mess sometimes in the ensuite toilet and in his room, where he chooses to take his meals. This mess is sometimes not cleaned up by care staff immediately and
Despite this, the caring staff are, on the whole, caring, friendly and responsive.
There is usually a staff member on reception during the week to let visitors in and out. It is very frustrating, however at weekends when one has to wait some time for a carer to let you in or out. There must be a better system for visitors to go in and out safely at weekends without having to search for a member of care staff.

All staff are friendly & approchable and my husband is happy with them all as they know him.
Food always looks appealing
Beds are changed regularly as are towels. Hoover & cleaner are always up & down the corridors. Janitor always available if any issues
Tablets always
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and we are very fortunate to have a very kind and dedicated team who take great pride to have cared for your loved one ensuring that he was supported and treated with dignity and respect.
