The home is lovely setting with wings, so the service users are not overcrowded in one place.
The staff interact with the patients well and are always happy to help.
The new manager is amazing, she is really creating a warm, happy and homely place. I believe she really cares.

I'm so delighted to be able to give a review on the bluegrove care home. Honestly I was a carer for my dad and before he went into a care home I viewed quite a few in the south London area. Bluegrove care home is hands down the best I've ever come across the staff are amazing my mother who is a resident
there is very difficult to deal with and they handle her so well I would call it magic. I have personally heard and seen incidents in the care hole which are very challenging to do with the staff there are so professional and so well trained dealing with situations in such a successful respectful careful manner. I'm pretty sure by now I've met everybody the managers are all super light so helpful so professional you have to wonder do they ever have a bad day. I would recommend this care home to anybody who wants their loved ones to be looked after in a very high respectful professional manner.

I find the staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. I am happy with the care my father receives, he is very sociable and interacts with everyone which is very important for his well being. The best thing I like about Tower Bridge Care Home is that I can visit my father whenever which is really
helpful. With the help and support of physio I hope he is able to become more mobile so he can take part in the care home activities of which there are many. Thank you

Good day, I hope this message finds you well. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff and carers at the care home where my father has recently been residing. Since his arrival, I have observed nothing but the utmost care and professionalism from everyone involved. The level of service
provided has been nothing short of fantastic, and it is evident that the well-being of the residents is a top priority.
I wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your dedication and kindness. It is greatly appreciated by both my family and myself. May God bless you all for the invaluable work you do. Warm regards,

I have been very impressed with the care provided by Agincare Home Care Service. The staff are not only friendly and approachable but also highly competent, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators.
My sister's care plan, along with its ongoing updates, has always been explained clearly and concisely,
which gives me great confidence and peace of mind. In particular, I would like to highlight the Team Leader in the Burgess Unit, she organises her team exceptionally well, ensuring continuity of care and communication even during her absence. On those occasions, the team has kept me fully appraised of my sister's wellbeing, which I deeply appreciate.
Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend Agincare to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and well-coordinated care for their loved ones.

Couldn't have asked for a better care home for my Mum to have been in. All the staff are so friendly and always made my Mum feel so at home. She made some lovely friendships with the staff and adored every single person there. It was nice to know there were people around 24/7 for her, it definitely
put our families minds at ease! She had nothing but the best care especially in her final days, they treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. Couldn't recommend this care home more they've done the most even after my Mums sad passing.

Cordelia House Care Home

My mum has been in this care home for a year now. The thing that really stands out about this care home is the staff (including management) and how professional, caring and kind they are. The building is light and spacious with communal areas with large smart TVs. There are activities of various sorts
for residents everyday should they wish to join in. Mum loves the staff and often hugs them with a big smile when they pass or attend to her needs. I always leave mum knowing she is safe and being looked after, and I am always promptly contacted should there be anything I need to know. The home is excellent regarding communication and liaison, which I also find very reassuring.

I visit a friend one a week and take him out. He tells me how well he is treated and how much he likes the staff, he says they kissed when he goes home. I received kindness and with a lot of politeness when I am there, and if asked I would recommend his home.

I don't have much experience with dementia care, but the little I do. I have not yet met a better, more organised management team. I often pop in and love the way residents'' have freedom and dignity. How the staff decorate rooms with personal touches and paint nails. Never have I appreciated how lucky
we can be when our family does not want us, but these people make you feel loved. Plus, very clean.

I was very anxious about my auntie being in a carehome. After visiting several within the area, the moment I stepped in the door, it just felt right. The care my auntie receives is excellent in every way. The staff are very supportive and understanding of individual needs. They speak to the residents
with thought and care. The meals provided are excellent, my auntie is a very fussy eater and she is catered for extremely well. Management team keep me well informed with everything related to my auntie. They have daily activities within the home as well as weekly singers / entertainers which my auntie absolutely loves. Cordelia House is great!!

I once thought lowly of Agincourt home, but after being with father-in-law and watching, listening, etc. I have changed my views. Yes, the interior of the home is not up to other homes I have been to, but the care and friendliness of all the staff that we have had look after Norman has been wonderful.
On Norman's last week alive, the staff have not only taken great care of him but also the family. We are extremely grateful to all concerned.

After serious illness and having Alzheimer's, Mum went into Gorseway Manor Care Home bedbound and wishing to die, she had completely given up. A year later, thanks to the care and love of the amazing staff, she gets up every day, takes part in all activities and is very happy. She eats well (says the
food is excellent), loves all the staff and is enjoying her life.
I can't praise this care home enough for what they have done for my mum. I can visit anytime, it's clean and tidy and all staff are welcoming and friendly, they keep me up to date with how mum is doing and take excellent care of her.
It was difficult and quite frightening choosing a care home for mum, but we definitely made the right choice here.
