My mum is comfortable and is being well cared for by the staff at the home. The staff are friendly, hardworking and compassionate. They are welcoming to families and friends. We are updated and kept informed of my mum's wellbeing and care. My observation is that my mum is always happy to see her carers offering smiles and a trusting posture. This tells me a lot about the care offered as my mum is non-verbal.

Saturday's meeting was informative, pleasant etc. as I always look forward to them anyway.

Would recomment 100%.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness; there was no smell of urine (which can't be helped but can be cleaned). The staff are so patient and kind; they treat everyone with dignity and respect. The rooms are clean with a good shower. They always offer a cup of tea. I have been his main carer for 3 years. Knowing he is safe and well looked after has been a huge relief. Thank you.

I visit my friend (resident) every week and the staff are always pleasant & helpful. They also treat my friend with care and attention. She gets a good choice of food and her room is very nice.

Mostly things are very good but I feel there could be some improvements to help with the Residents wellbeing. A suggestion would be that a carer should be in the lounge with the Residents at all times & have more connection with them to supply their needs e.g. toilet needs, a drink, make sure they are comfortable or just having a conversation with them. It as been noted that some carer's seem to have little connection or engage with them & just do the basics. Also maybe a choir could visit the home occasionally to help get the residents to sing along as this is good for their morale.

As its been a short time in this care home I can't really say. The service I seen so far I am happy with the care to the service user. Seems ok.

I am really pleased with Rose Court care home. My mum is a resident there. They are all very caring and lovely. My mum is very happy.

My aunty was resident at Tower Bridge Care/Nursing Home for almost eight years. I found the staff excellent to my aunty gave her great care especially when she was ill after returning from hospital. I visited regular and it felt like home when I visited.

Overall, the service is good. Nothing else to add for today.

My visit here as always been pleasant and the staffs here are helpful. I also see where they do the best they can to make the residents be as comfortable as possible. So yes my visit here as so far been a positive experience everytime.

The care home was a excellent care home to receive postive experience. The management team and staff are professional always warm in approach and demonstrate kind and compassionate welcome you at all time, open to feedback and put you at the centre of your family decision making. Since my aunt has been a resident at Waterside Care Home, I have felt supported by the team with any questions or related improvements required for her care.

Am has been a resident for about 4 years. The care provided has been excellent and she has been well cared for despite suffering from a degenerative dementia. Thank to all staff and the range of activities provided.

My mother moved into Greenhive at the end of 2025. The experience has been excellent from the start. The staff have tried to encourage her independence the support has been compassionate and professional. The staff are approachable, friendly and attentive to her daily needs. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Very nice place staff are very nice but 1 thing that is not good is when peoples clothes are washed they often go missing and r not returned which is not good enough people cant afford to keep buying new clothes which I can not understand why.
