I have no faults, in fact Gordan + Surume are excellent staff, kind, considerate + caring. In my opinion an asset to this care home. The resident is accommodating + responds to a request quickly.

I am really happy with the way Alimatu is being cared for. She is always clean, comfortable and looked after, which gives me great peace of mind.

The staff have always treated my grandmother with kindness, care and respect, despite how difficult she can sometimes. When we visit as a family, they always make our visit as streamlined as possible, and on the special occasions when the whole family comes together (Christmas, birthday, etc), they clear, prepare and sometimes decorate an entire backroom just for us. Everyone at Greenhive acts with such professionalism.

Staff for most part are caring and kind and really try for the residents. They provide regular updates about my aunts care. They are warm + welcoming. I feel like more could be done to stimulate residents, but I believe this comes from the very top of Greenhive in order to be implemented. The staff are already working hard with the little they have.

Always very clean. Very friendly staff who are engaging. Family are kept up to date on health of relative as well as any news and events.

On the 11th Sept I volunteered at TBCH where my mum resides. We took some of the resident's to a fashion show, my mum included. The show was called The Pocket Parade. The vision was to highlight Dementia and memories in our society. The show was 5 yrs in the making, the designers over that time had visited TBCH amongst a few others, they spent time talking to the residents, sharing stories and memories and making pockets (for the show) etc. On the day the residents really were the stars of the show, they were made to feel so important and some were even models on the catwalk. What I shared with my mum that day was magical.

What the activities team do at TBCH for our loved one is just amazing. And not just for organizing this event, but all the stuff they do week on week. From tea mornings to live music they really make a difference to their lives - A massive thank you and a big shoutout to Georgie, Kim, Paulette and Maria xx

My mother was transferred to Rose Court after being diagnosed with Dementia. The staff were always friendly and treated her with kindness. She was always clean and very well fed. We were always kept informed of any concerns or changes with her. Our suggestions were always welcomed. Her room was kept very clean as were her clothes. We were sad when we had to have her transferred to another care home due to her decline and need for an increased level of care. We are only hoping that her new place is as caring as Rose Court.

A very caring and warm place which deals with all guests professionally no matter what the problem is. It's total care and love for mankind.

First time visiting my uncle at this address (I live 150+ miles away) and overall I was very impressed with the facilities and cleanliness of the home, not to mention how kind, supportive and professional I found the staff to be. At face value, I'm pretty certain that this home could give a lot of others a run for their money.

I have made several visits. The rooms are pleasant and airy, the staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. If I ever get to needing a care home, I would want to be in one like this. I have witnessed a couple of the activities for residents and they seem to cover a good range of tastes.

So, in my experience, albeit only "snapshot".

I am over the moon with the care that is provided for Mum the staff @ Tower Bridge care home is brilliant listen to all my concerns and tend to all mums needs they show her so much love could not wish for more especial the staff on the first floor office staff are excellent

The staff are very helpful and friendly - always willing to share advise - Residents are well care for - Food/mealtime refreshing with the menu.

Even with my dad needing extra support with his mobility it's not too much for them and have just made our experience the best. X.

For me personally

The staffs have been great getting my mum settled. Mum has really enjoyed her stay here, her environment has always been kept clean whenever we visited. She has made some friends here. we are happy with her care here.

I find the carers to be friendly and courteous. I think they take care of my mother in what can be a difficult situation. The management in the offices in reception (Jane) has also been really helpful. So has nurse Akeema.
