A very caring and warm place which deals with all guests professionally no matter what the problem is. It's total care and love for mankind.

First time visiting my uncle at this address (I live 150+ miles away) and overall I was very impressed with the facilities and cleanliness of the home, not to mention how kind, supportive and professional I found the staff to be. At face value, I'm pretty certain that this home could give a lot of others a run for their money.

I have made several visits. The rooms are pleasant and airy, the staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. If I ever get to needing a care home, I would want to be in one like this. I have witnessed a couple of the activities for residents and they seem to cover a good range of tastes.

So, in my experience, albeit only "snapshot".

The staff are very helpful and friendly - always willing to share advise - Residents are well care for - Food/mealtime refreshing with the menu.

I am over the moon with the care that is provided for Mum the staff @ Tower Bridge care home is brilliant listen to all my concerns and tend to all mums needs they show her so much love could not wish for more especial the staff on the first floor office staff are excellent

Even with my dad needing extra support with his mobility it's not too much for them and have just made our experience the best. X.

For me personally

The staffs have been great getting my mum settled. Mum has really enjoyed her stay here, her environment has always been kept clean whenever we visited. She has made some friends here. we are happy with her care here.

I find the carers to be friendly and courteous. I think they take care of my mother in what can be a difficult situation. The management in the offices in reception (Jane) has also been really helpful. So has nurse Akeema.

I have had my wife here for about 3 years & these days I am happy with the best care we get this home as been best for my wife & I am grateful for all help.

They are always professional, attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns that we have.

Visit my gran and am very happy to always find her cheerful & looked after!

I find the staff very polite and helpful. They are looking after my Brother very well.

My experience of Waterside care home its wonderful it is like a home from home its like we are one family. I could stay here all my life I was well cared for. Sadly I am leaving tomorrow but I am going home to my son Gary. One of my church sisters recommended Waterside to me + I am happy she did. I wil also recommend if I can.

Mum has settled in well after difficult start due to her conditions resulting in very challenging + abusive behaviour to staff. Although this must have been so hard for them mum had the opportunity to settle in I find team really nice and I am happy mum here + will be staying. Really lovely for her + us knowing she is happy

I found the stafff at waterside care home, to be very supportive, they have cared for my mum like she was one of their family. The staff have gone the extra mile to ensure that mum is well looked after and all her personal needs are met. I would give waterside care home 10 out 10 for all what they have done for my mum, in making it a home from home.

Greenhive care home is a wonderful place the staff are cheerfull supportive and extreamaly caring there is always something going on from fitness class to activitys in the activity room tenants are encouraged to join in and given the help and support needed to do so my friends room is lovely and spacious it is always clean and well maintained there is a good choice of food and snacks I would highly recomend this care home and am very grateful to the staff for all the love and care
