My mother moved into Greenhive at the end of 2025. The experience has been excellent from the start. The staff have tried to encourage her independence the support has been compassionate and professional. The staff are approachable, friendly and attentive to her daily needs. The facilities are clean
and well maintained.

My mother is a difficult woman by nature. All the staff have done an excellent job looking after her and supporting her.
A big thank you to all of them at this difficult family time.
The food is fantastic and the place is spotless and everyone is friendly. My mother has been treated with respect,
dignity with great care and attention. I have been given tea and made to feel comfortable as I live in Rochester Kent.

My Aunt has changed so much physically and mentally since she has been here. She has made really close relationships with the staff. From never leaving her flat to go outside to going to the park and fast food in a wheelchair with Sasha. Knowing how well she is being taken care of honestly puts out
families mind at rest.

Happy with most things to do with Joe's care, the rooms are kept clean. The laundry is done regularly (sometimes too regular). The food menu is passable, can be improved. But my major issue is lack of exercise for the residents. I feel Joe's mobility has deteriorated since coming here. I think his physical
welbeing can be improved with more mobility focused exercises. All in all, things are good, but can be improved.

The manager and staff here are lovely, despite being busy. I have had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Tin, for the 1st time because I needed, the response "no problem, sorted". In short the staff and management are professional, helpful and kind, and will sort out problems whenever they can. Thank
you, Greg.

Staff kind, caring and patient. Residents could be given more stimulation and encouraged to take part in activities, exercise more, be taken into the garden, especially in good weather. Not so good for them to be put in the lounge with the TV blaring, apparently of no interest to residents who seem
to be sleeping. Self-care should also be encouraged, e.g. shaving.

I have nothing more than praise for the home and staff. They have been kind to my husband and myself. The staff have tried very hard to get my husband involved in the home activities, but I feel that he is passed the stage of being able to get him to join in. The bedrooms could do with a fresh coat
of paint room is a bit tatty chips of wood taken out of skirting and frames and furniture but he feels safe there and that is all that mattered. I could not have picked a better place.
