Rose Court

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Mum became a resident at Rose Court a year ago due to the progression of her dementia. It took a long while for her settle and for us to understand the workings there. As a daily visitor Ive got to know the staff on her floor who care for her. And from the team leaders to the carers and even the domestic
worked, they have always been professional and caring. Due to mums dietary needs Ive interacted with the kitchen who have accommodated with what she needs. Mum loves the church services but does not always take part in all activities, but enjoys it when she does. She has her hair done regularly and has seen the GP often when needed. Recently we requested a room change to another that suited mums needs better, and management obliged with very little fuss. What I feel has been rea;;y important is the continuity of staff. There has been no agency cover needed and allowed the carers and mum to get to know each other. Overall we're happy with Rose Court and so is mum - she is 87 years old.

Bluegrove House

I'm so delighted to be able to give a review on the bluegrove care home. Honestly I was a carer for my dad and before he went into a care home I viewed quite a few in the south London area. Bluegrove care home is hands down the best I've ever come across the staff are amazing my mother who is a resident
there is very difficult to deal with and they handle her so well I would call it magic. I have personally heard and seen incidents in the care hole which are very challenging to do with the staff there are so professional and so well trained dealing with situations in such a successful respectful careful manner. I'm pretty sure by now I've met everybody the managers are all super light so helpful so professional you have to wonder do they ever have a bad day. I would recommend this care home to anybody who wants their loved ones to be looked after in a very high respectful professional manner.

I find the staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. I am happy with the care my father receives, he is very sociable and interacts with everyone which is very important for his well being. The best thing I like about Tower Bridge Care Home is that I can visit my father whenever which is really
helpful. With the help and support of physio I hope he is able to become more mobile so he can take part in the care home activities of which there are many. Thank you

I wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your dedication and kindness. It is greatly appreciated by both my family and myself. May God bless you all for the invaluable work you do. Warm regards,

I have been very impressed with the care provided by Agincare Home Care Service. The staff are not only friendly and approachable but also highly competent, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators.
My sister's care plan, along with its ongoing updates, has always been explained clearly and concisely,
which gives me great confidence and peace of mind. In particular, I would like to highlight the Team Leader in the Burgess Unit, she organises her team exceptionally well, ensuring continuity of care and communication even during her absence. On those occasions, the team has kept me fully appraised of my sister's wellbeing, which I deeply appreciate.
Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend Agincare to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and well-coordinated care for their loved ones.

The well-being team do a wonderful job in keeping the residents entertained.
Dad enjoys bingo, singing and dancing to exercise.
Regular trips to Darwin Court with a group of the other residents where they can enjoy conversation, tea, cake and a game of cards.
The team are very approachable in
being able to help in any way possible.
Cannot thank them enough.
