The manager and staff here are lovely, despite being busy. I have had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Tin, for the 1st time because I needed, the response "no problem, sorted". In short the staff and management are professional, helpful and kind, and will sort out problems whenever they can. Thank
you, Greg.

Staff kind, caring and patient. Residents could be given more stimulation and encouraged to take part in activities, exercise more, be taken into the garden, especially in good weather. Not so good for them to be put in the lounge with the TV blaring, apparently of no interest to residents who seem
to be sleeping. Self-care should also be encouraged, e.g. shaving.

I have nothing more than praise for the home and staff. They have been kind to my husband and myself. The staff have tried very hard to get my husband involved in the home activities, but I feel that he is passed the stage of being able to get him to join in. The bedrooms could do with a fresh coat
of paint room is a bit tatty chips of wood taken out of skirting and frames and furniture but he feels safe there and that is all that mattered. I could not have picked a better place.

My Mom has been a resident at Greenhive for the past year. All the staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Always some activity like baking yoga drawing to name a few going on making a happy home! Julia arranges outings for the residents and Brenda (Mom) was interviewed on a radio station at one
of these outings. The menu and food served looks great! In summary my mother is very happy in this care home.

My mum has been at Greenhive only since September 2025. I can see the carers try to encourage residents to be as independent as possible, within their range of their ability. Dr Gibbs is fantastic - she gives plenty of time for 1:1 meetings, explains the situation clearly, as well as an agreed course
of action moving forward. There is good communication between Greenhive and me/the family. I appreciate the quarterly Residents' Family Meeting and the 'open-door' approach headed by the home manager, Marsha. The on-suite rooms are nice and the home gardens are vast and very beautiful...we are looking forward to the upcoming garden activities this coming summer!

Dad is looked after and cared for by really caring staff. They tend for all his needs. The room and toilet is clean. Dad likes going to the activities, and really enjoys them. Dad himself says he is looked after and gets nice meals. We are happy with everything at Rose Court. Staff work hard to make
residents feel at home and looked after.

I have been coming now for 3 years visiting mum and have to say I've been pleased with the care given to my mum. I have really enjoyed being present on many occasions when the activity staff have been on hand. Mum really enjoys the singing and always joins in singing and dancing.

The patient is treated with dignity and care. The room is nice and warm. The nurses are caring and friendly. The patient is putting on weight and trying to verbalise despite the hospital declaring that the patient would remain mute. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

My relative has been satisfactorily accommodated within the care home, after the first few months of being there. She has been well cared for during her stay, which initially started as respite but has now become permament. And I am happy for this to continue. She seems well settled and is largely content.
When I go to visit her.

Always find the staff accommodating, and have a good feeling about how they are looking after mum. The place and mum are kept very clean. They also try very hard to give mum the food she is fancying. We cannot complain about that. She is being looked after.
