Overall the care is very good. The cleaning staff on the first floor is good. The response to any need/help is also good. Only thing I would like is to get rid of the mice.

We have just recently moved my father here from another care home as he now needs greater care. The staff have all been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The move has been made easy and my father has settled in well + seems happy + is being looked after well.

I've always got on with the staff. Communication has always been good. The staff get on well with my mum. She's comfortable in the home. Everyone's got a soft touch for Mum. I'm amazed how well they cope under pressure.

The manager is lovely, all the ward respect and love him. He is kind and makes the other workers be there. They go to the shop for me. He makes my stay very very comfortable.

My mum has been here for several months now, and I am overall very happy with the care she is getting. The staff treat my mum with dignity, and that I can visit at any time without announcing it is a big thing for me. My only concern is activities, as I am not sure they always happen when shown on the
posters around. If this were fixed, I would possibly give everything as excellent as everything else is.

1. The new careplan, I've asked for but was told to wait when asking nurses. 2. Has R.P.R ask for support for mobilize my wife out & in bed, out of room for her dignity.

Since my mother was admitted to Tower Bridge Care Home the staff have been kind and dedicated to her needs. Due to the language barrier (Mum doesn't speak English) the care home has been working with the family to understand what her needs are and make appropriate adjustments to make her comfortable

My dad's been in the home for a few months now. He's got a nice room overlooking the garden. My dad's behaviour can be challenging because of his dementia. All the staff have been so great and understanding while caring for my dad, especially the carer who is a true gent. Food is good. Nursing care
is good.

My brother was admitted to Tower Bridge Care Home for continued Palliative Care from the hospital. From the time he was admitted to his passing - (two weeks) we as his family, found the care and attention they afforded him and us exceptional. A big thank you to the staff. Would recommend this care facility

The carers and additional staff who have attended to my husband have been wonderful, gentle, engaging, caring and knowledgeable.
He has been treated with respect and dignity which tells me their training is of a very high standard. Thank you HC-One, and to anyone looking for support for themselves

I am a friend of a resident in your care home and I visit him on a weekly basis if I can. I can't comment on the financial arrangements as I am not a relative. However, I feel that the resident is treated with dignity and given all possible help. As a visitor, I am made very welcome and my friend's

I visited a friend on a number of occasions while she was a resident here (for nearly two years). I am only able to comment in my capacity as a visitor (so have been unable to complete all the options listed below). My overall impression of the staff which includes support staff such as receptionists,
cleaners and kitchen staff as well as the nursing staff was of a very busy pleasant helpful and conscientious group of people. Despite the pressure of their jobs they always took time to settle my friend and her visitors into her room. Whenever I visited, my friend was clean and nicely dressed had liquid available and appeared to be well fed. There were arrangements in place to keep my friend safe, ensuring that she was monitored as necessary. My friend was treated with great dignity as she neared the end of her life and understanding was shown to those of us who were with her at that time. There was genuine emotion shown by the staff who had cared for her as they came to say their goodbyes to her which to me said a lot about the relationship between the staff and residents.
