My friend has been in your care home from April 2018. From day one, I must say that the care and attention has been good. I can't fault any of the lovely staff that are there, always very kind and considerate and the same goes for the hard-working volunteer's thank you.

My father was a resident in the dementia unit for ten months. When he arrived from hospital, he was not in the best of health mentally or physically. After a short while, both improved, especially his physical health. I visited him virtually every day and saw for myself how much he liked all the staff
and how much they liked and cared for him.
I couldn't have asked for more and know how challenging a dementia unit can be but the carers and nurses always showed patience, kindness understanding and professionalism.
This is a well managed, clean, comfortable home with happy residents and their families and staff.

This was the first year we could not take my mum out for Christmas dinner. The Manger said we could have dinner at the home. Myself and 3 relatives attended and they had dedicated a room to all families who were coming in for Christmas. We were greeted by the housekeeper, who made the day extra special.
The tables were decorated lovely and the three-course meal was fabulous. I’d like to thank everyone at Tower Bridge Care Home for a great day.

Since my great aunt became a resident of Tower Bridge Care Home, I have seen a marked improvement in her interpersonal interactions, appearance and health. I see this as proof that she is being taken care of and matters concerning her health and wellbeing are taken seriously. This is crucial for any
care home as they exist to assist family who are unable to provide the care their relatives require and deserve. It is a weight off my mind to know that when I am not there I can rely on the nurses and care providers so entirely.

My dad came to the home for end of life care.
He was treated well, with compassion and dignity.
The staff took great care of my mum who was there every day. When it came to end of life, we were all given the support that we need and the staff was amazing.

I attended a birthday party for a resident and was so impressed. The staff are fabulous, so friendly but also professional. They treat the residents with the utmost respect. A singer was arranged and all residents enjoyed the performance.
I would highly recommend this care home where residents are

My friend has severe dementia, which is a dreadful illness. She is no longer able to read or watch television and relies on visitors.
Visitors are made welcome at the home at any time of the day and there is an area in reception to make tea and coffee. Visitors are also welcome at mealtimes when the
food served is of a really good standard.
Activities are really good with outings. My friend had a lovely birthday party today, where staff could not have made more effort.

This home is a very good home for the elderly. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a very clean and welcoming environment.

The care my mother has received since she has been in Tower Bridge Care Home has been very good. Nothing has been too much trouble. The staff patience is excellent. The food is brilliant, plenty of it. The daily activities are very good. The residents are always involved. The trips out are excellent.
