The care my dad receives is excellent. The staff are kind, caring and professional. The place is clean and tidy and very nice. The food is fresh and well cooked. Dad is content here. His needs are well met.

As per the care review which was conducted on the 04/01/2018 in regards to your mother, the actions taken were to follow up on the dietician referral which was completed on the 29/11/2017, the dietician was in the service on 22/01/18 and your mother was reviewed with a clear plan implemented. Once again thank you for your review it will help us continually improve our service that our residents and relatives receive here at the home.

From first visit we knew Tower Bridge was the place to provide long-term care for Dad. The lady in admin was very supportive and kept us aware of what was happening while waiting for a place. Dad is now settled in and doing extremely well. He is friends with all the staff and we have the peace of mind he is safe. We visit daily to see Dad, the staff are always welcoming.
