My friend is in Tower Bridge care home for severe dementia problems.

Activities are regularly provided for residents Wednesday coffee mornings are excellent and visitors are made most welcome on these occasions. There are special day celebrations and a lot of effort goes into making it nice for everybody. The medical staff are available when required.

A comprehensive overview of mum's condition both physical and mental. Good discussion regarding practical care and physical well being and how best to balance care and well-being. Staff appear welcoming and courteous whenever I visit announced or unannounced and this impression is also confirmed by other family members. A review has highlighted actions which will be cause for feedback going forward.

From first visit we knew Tower Bridge was the place to provide long-term care for Dad. The lady in admin was very supportive and kept us aware of what was happening while waiting for a place. Dad is now settled in and doing extremely well. He is friends with all the staff and we have the peace of mind he is safe. We visit daily to see Dad, the staff are always welcoming.

My father was 93 years old when he arrived at Tower Bridge. He had vascular dementia and type 2 diabetes. He had been quite anxious in his last care situation (extra care sheltered housing) but when he came to Tower Bridge he seemed happy and content. Although this was partly due to his increased lack of understanding of his situation, the care and kindness of all the staff contributed hugely to make his last months comfortable, secure and happy.
