Tower Bridge Care Home

Care team are very skilled, caring, diligent, and conscientious and they were very easy to communicate with. I found it easy to build a relationship with them which was very important in helping them to care for my cousin.

The staff also told my sister to stop pressing her buzzer and just wait until they get round to her. If she wants the toilet do it in the bed.

The cleaner has just been so the room is clean and tidy although, it still smells. The staff are polite and friendly. We were offered tea and coffee and they brought a spare chair for us to use.

I have found all the staff I have met so far have been very kind and understanding, room for my mother is very clean and tidy.

My mother is always clean and tidy when I visit her, she looks happy and cared for by the staff. The staff are friendly and always around. Her room and bathroom are always clean as are her bedsheets and pillow. Overall I'm happy with her care.

I visit once a week and have never had any problems. Staff are always very nice.

I have always found the care home very good to my partner, especially through the difficult times we were having with covid. I was always told what was happening with my partner and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone was very helpful and reassuring to me of my partner's health.

The staff are amazing. They are caring not only to the residents but to their families too. Nothing is too much trouble. My family and I are just so happy that our dad is in Tower Bridge Care Home. Because we know he is being well cared for and he is really happy there. The home is beautifully decorated and is immaculately clean and my dad’s room is lovely and homely and he has an en-suite toilet, which is a real bonus. I have nothing but praise for this home, the carers, the reception staff and the manager are all so lovely, kind and approachable and can’t do enough for the residents and their families. Putting a loved one in a home is a very difficult decision to make, but we know that categorically we made the right choice with Tower Bridge Care Home. It’s excellent.

I have found the staff amazingly helpful. Ir has been difficult visiting because of COVID-19 but the staff has accommodated me, even though I am at work. They have allowed me to see my father, I have has continuous reassuring phone calls. I know my father is safe and being well looked after.

My father has only been here for six weeks, and already, he is part of the family. He has settled so well due to the care of the amazing staff. Nothing is to much trouble; they keep us informed on how Dad is via FaceTime, photos and videos. I can't thank the staff enough; they are amazing.

My mum was on the second floor of the nursing home. The staff kept me fully informed of Mum's care. Were happy to chat and reassure me of her condition. I cannot fault them in any way. There are some options that I can't comment on as Covid restrictions didn't allow visits. I did visit once and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was.

Over the two and a half years, our experience with the Tower Bridge Care Home has been excellent. The staff have always show respect for her need and treated her with dignity, care and kindness.

Having been here for nearly 10 years, I am extremely happy with the care and service that is provided by the dedicated staff here at HC One. As I have mentioned before in previous reviews, they give me peace of mind and confidence my mother is being well looked after.

Since my grandad and his partner moved into Tower Bridge Care home, the staff have been amazingly supportive. They have gone above and beyond to make the transition from independent living and hospital care into the home as smooth as possible. In difficult times I could not have asked for more from Twoer Bridge Care Home, from front of desk to the care and wellbeing team. They have been excellent. Thank you!

Staff have been excellent making my mother feel welcome, keeping me informed at all times. They do a lot of activities despite the lockdown. I cannot praise the staff enough.

Tower Bridge Care Home was an excellent nursing home for my Aunt. The staff was professional, friendly and so kind to my chatty Aunt. At all times they kept me informed as to her care and wellbeing. On visits, time to chat with me over coffee and cake. I appreciated that as this was all new to me. Sadly my Aunt left us. You could genuinely feel and see their loss. Many tears that day. I thank you all.

On the whole, I find the staff very good and willing to help with Mum in any way they can. Yes, there are small gripes, but in general, I can't fault the place. I am grateful Mum is in a safe place for her care.

My father is a long term resident of Tower Bridge Care Home. The care of my father by the care and medical team has been of a high standard. During a recent chest infection, the kindness and diligence shown by the team was exceptional.

For the 11 months up until his passing my dad was looked after brilliantly, from all staff - from cleaners, reception, carers and management. Treated with dignity until the end. Tower Bridge Care Home I'd recommend to anyone. Excellent!
