Overall Experience
The team work so hard to ensure mum is receiving the right care, they are always happy and willing to ensure mum is comfortable.
The team also keep me updated on any medical issues that arise and also to let me know how mum is doing.
The team are always very welcoming and keep me updated on what is needed for mum.
I can't thank you all enough, I really appreciate everything you all do in a very challenging environment.

The staff at Cordelia are so amazing and go above and beyond for the residents and their families. My grandfather has been in the home a few years now and we've always had such a pleasant experience and it is all down to the staff and managment. A lot of the staff have been there for years which I think is down to the great environment of the home. It's so helpful knowing my loved one is in good care

Overall Experience

Gorseway is situated in a lovely location with beautiful grounds. All of the staff are wonderful, very caring and friendly, and keep my mum very well looked after. Her room is well sized, and looks out onto the well maintained gardens and pond.

Overall Experience
Goresway (Lodge) nursing home has given me comfort and assurance in the care of my mother. The staff were caring, professional, and attentive to residents' needs. The facility is clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for all its residents.

Activities are organised on a regular basis the staff go the extra mile organising a party for my mother's 97th birthday (great time was had by all).

My grandmother is a resident at Gorseway manor. I have nothing but good things to say about the care she receives. The staff are all warm and friendly. The residents are always kept entertained with crafts and other activities. It's a very welcoming home and I am extremely happy with the care she receives

When visiting Cordelia House to see my dear friend I feel she is very well looked after, looks good, clothes nice, matching. Lots of kind staff around to care for the residents. Good food contant drinks available encouraged to drink to stop dehidration. Good overall care.

Mum has been a resident for several years now and she continues to be very well looked after. There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, all the staff (including management) are friendly, helpful and supportive, and I'm kept informed of any issues or concerns. Knowing that she is in such good hands is very reassuring.

My mother in law has settled in really well, it was very hard for her son to have to put her into a home, but is happy with where she is, everything is really positive, she is always clean + tidy, the food is really good, all staff have always been so nice to us offering us a chair + cup of tea. Her room is always clean. There is not 1 negative thing about Gorseway. We are happy with everything you are doing for J.

My mother moved to the home after making the difficult decision to move to residential care. She first stayed for respite which she enjoyed and this helped her in making the choice of which home she would like to live in.
My mother settled well and the staff have been very friendly and compassionate towards her and us as a family.

The staff have also been very proactive in making referrals to the GP when needed which gives me peace of mind.

My mother is now 103 years old and sadly bedbound. However, she is well cared for. The review was 100% based on her needs and I can only say that she is well cared for and staff spend time chatting with her when able. I could not be happier with her care.

As a family we are very happy and luck to have our mum in this care home, as the staff are excellent, they up date us on everything, we have peace of mind that she is getting the best care, she is happy to be there, she gets on with all the staff, there is always something going on they have so many activities, and they do get every one to join in if they want to we see many photos of our mum joining in which is wonderful it makes us feel as if we are not miss out seeing her smiles and laughter, we would highly recommend this care home,

And we would like to thank all the staff for there excellent care for our mum
