I enjoy being here staff are tremendous. They are always available and helpful. We have daily entertainment such as bingo with presents, including sweets and sometimes jewellery. Of course, we have television in our rooms and lounge.

I am pleased with the Waterloo Care Home staff & all residents. I have no problems here and am happy being here. If I have any problems, I would tell and approach the staff. My room is comfortable, I have a TV, wardrobe, sink, bathroom & CD player. Family can visit me any time. Which is acceptable. I feel safe here and am contented.

Ever since arriving all meals cold (recently an improvement has been noticable) Tea could be more reliable. (Help with bath essential (disabled) closing the door is a continual problem (for 2 reasons (patients medical noise) & draught if outside door open.

It is a very busy place, often quite loud in the lounge area with limited seating for visitors. I often move chairs about so we can sit near the person we're visiting, which seems to be ok!

I visited my Godfather at Trafalgar Care Home, Weymouth. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The manager was very knowledgeable and super-friendly and approachable I was made to feel very welcome, it felt like a real home, family atmosphere. My God-father's needs are being met well.

The transition for my mum moving into Bosworth was so smooth & stressless. All questions were answered, all reassurances given & nothing was too much hassle. Communication was & still is fantastic. All the staff are so kind, caring & compassionate. The strong ethos of teamwork is clear to see. The home itself is absolutely just right, warm, homely, comfortable & extremely welcoming. The sea views & the sea air is an added bonus!

As a family we are delighted that Mum is in Chalgrove, the best place for her in the circumstances.

My father had a short stay over 2 1/2 months We were Very happy with the Care he was given. Excellent Communication with management and Care staff did a great job. All staff were very helpful and the home was clean and welcoming.

Blenheim Staff were very helpful kind and caring nothing was to much trouble. my father in law had a stay over 2 1/2 months and during this time we all got to know the Staff very well even the maintence man and chef were very Supportive of T. needs. All staff greeted you with a friendly and happy manner. Rooms were clean & tidy food was good.

Dad originally came to Naesby for respite care while my mum was in hospital. Sadly, Mum passed away, and we are now in the process of arranging for Dad to stay at Naesby permanently. We feel incredibly fortunate that he is so happy there, as he absolutely does not want to move. He loves all the staff and is so grateful for the kindness and care they give him.

For me and our family, this is an enormous relief at what has been an unimaginably sad and difficult time. Knowing that Dad is somewhere he feels happy, safe and cared for gives us such great peace of mind.

A very special thank you to Karen, the manager, Maria and Charles the carers who have been incredibly supportive, kind and caring throughout. We genuinely could not ask for more. Their kindness, understanding and willingness to help have meant so much to us.

We highly recommend Naseby to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one.

My nephew shares communications relevant to his fathers care - these are clear, straight forward and honest. I feel my brother is safe and in the best place.

2 week respite. I loved it, it was excellent, 100%.

Overall the level of care has been good, but recent changes including several members of staff leaving appear to place extra work loads on existing staff resulting in the loss of one to one care to residents.

From the very beginning 9 months ago, Adela and the Agincourt team have always maintained a very professional and hardworking ethic, which is what made us choose this home. As far as our aunt was able to with her dementia, she settled well and knew where she was. Food and conditions were all very good. All the staff-members who dealt with us when we visited were cheery, welcoming and responsible, especially Annu. Thanks very much, Agincourt!

I have been visiting Naseby Care Home for approx 2 years. I usually try and visit nearly everyweek if possible. I find the staff always polite and very friendly, i have attended a birthday party and had lunch with everyone a few times. My friend alays tells me that she really likes it. Its not a new home but always looks clean & tidy. The owners will always say hello if they see me. Its possible to go upstairs to my friends room if she wants to.

My father has been in Naseby Care Home since 20th May 2026. He is a lot happier and calmer since being there. He loves the food and the staff. I the all the residents all appear happy and there is a lovely atmosphere there.

Since my father was moved into the home I cannot fault the team members for their kindness and patience, they deal with his quirks amazingly. They make sure I'm keep informed of his well-being.

Situated on a busy road in Weymouth but the road noise wasn't an issue.

5 stars all round.

The care given to my mother could not be faulted. Due to my mother being virtually bed bound she did not use alot of the facilities. She has sadly recently passed away but the care and compassion, both family and mum was excellent
