2 week respite. I loved it, it was excellent, 100%.

Overall the level of care has been good, but recent changes including several members of staff leaving appear to place extra work loads on existing staff resulting in the loss of one to one care to residents.

From the very beginning 9 months ago, Adela and the Agincourt team have always maintained a very professional and hardworking ethic, which is what made us choose this home. As far as our aunt was able to with her dementia, she settled well and knew where she was. Food and conditions were all very good. All the staff-members who dealt with us when we visited were cheery, welcoming and responsible, especially Annu. Thanks very much, Agincourt!

I have been visiting Naseby Care Home for approx 2 years. I usually try and visit nearly everyweek if possible. I find the staff always polite and very friendly, i have attended a birthday party and had lunch with everyone a few times. My friend alays tells me that she really likes it. Its not a new home but always looks clean & tidy. The owners will always say hello if they see me. Its possible to go upstairs to my friends room if she wants to.

My father has been in Naseby Care Home since 20th May 2026. He is a lot happier and calmer since being there. He loves the food and the staff. I the all the residents all appear happy and there is a lovely atmosphere there.

Since my father was moved into the home I cannot fault the team members for their kindness and patience, they deal with his quirks amazingly. They make sure I'm keep informed of his well-being.

Situated on a busy road in Weymouth but the road noise wasn't an issue.

5 stars all round.

The care given to my mother could not be faulted. Due to my mother being virtually bed bound she did not use alot of the facilities. She has sadly recently passed away but the care and compassion, both family and mum was excellent

The nursing staff are exceptional, caring and experienced. They also cared for my son and I during the process which made visits to my husband easier to cope with, particularly towards the end. Ancillary staff were so caring too and despite the pressure and time constraints they cope with always made time to check on us all. We could not have been led to a better place for end of life care for a loved one and it is so very much appreciated and valued. Thank you.

Agincourt and the staff take great care of my Mum, they treat her with dignity and respect when we are unable to care for her at home. They make her feel safe, what More could you ask for? I do not have to worry that my Mum is being treated like any other than the lovely and amazing person she is in their care setting

Dad has been a resident for almost 3 years now + the carers are second to none. Extra training was given to manage Dad's challenging behaviour when he first moved in which was amazing, other care homes may have said he had to leave. This kindness + compassion meant Dad had time to settle to the new home that his Dementia meant he did not always understand. Thank you so much to all of the carers.

Dad has been well looked after since arriving. Staff have always been professional and helpful. Any problems have been quickly delt with.

It is hard to move into a care home, but the staff have made it easier for me. Catherine and all the staff are brilliant.

Mum went to stay at Agincourt following a long period of difficulties with rapid onset dementia. From the moment she entered the door she settled ( which was a relief to both me and my sister). The staff are friendly and approachable and genuinely care about the residents. The management are equally friendly, efficient and very approachable. They listen and are supportive and open and honest which is highly valued by us. Mum can display some challenging behaviours and the staff are able to either soothe or distract her and also give humour to her when needed which can help diffuse the situation. The food is all homemade and delicious and the cakes look divine. There is a choice of main meals and breakfasts. Snacks are branded goods and alongside with fluids and fruit they are readily available at all times. Mum's room is not salubrious yet she is happy with her "flat" however it it's spotlessly clean with no smells as is the rest of the home which is very welcoming .
