Our mum is treated as she is one of their own members of family. She is well looked after by everyone, myself and sister are very happy with all the care that mum gets. Food is very good, mum stays in her room everyday. We can't thank the staff enough for that they all do, its not an easy job to do.

My grandfather moved to Naseby care home in December 2025. He had previously been having care at home for a number of years provided by me. But it was becoming too much to manage with his increasing care needs, and following a fall where he broke his back, he needed care 24/7. From the first look round to him living in was so great. Really compassionate care staff who take great interest in my grandfathers care and wellbeing but also ours. They are so quick to address any medical concerns, and respect his wishes. The adjustment for both my grandad and my life has been so smooth with lots of reassurance to both of us. Having my grandad round the corner to my home has made my life so much easier, and having no restrictions for visiting makes it very convenient. On the days I can't visit, they always take the phone to him so I can talk to him to check in. Thank you Naseby care home for making us all feel welcome and part of a family.

Mum has been a resident since July 2023. They helped her with everything and provided a lovely, stable and safe environment. Mum was bedridden but enjoyed listening to music they did put in a television which Mum enjoyed. Towards the end of her life, they provided all the family support they needed as well as making sure Mum never suffered. A lovely and compassionate staff and the residents I met are very happy there. That is why I gave them 5 stars and I will always be grateful for the last day with Mum.

Always recommend this care home, everyone from the top to the bottom shows great care, not just to my Mum, but to all the other Mums and Dads who are in care. And despite the year of 2020, the manager and her team have shown nothing but kindness, both to residents and relatives alike, well done and please all stay safe.

Mum never wanted to go into a care home and stayed living independently in her own flat for as long as she could. In the end, she couldn't manage safely on her own and moved into Naseby in February 2019. From the outset, she has been happy there. She is well cared for and well-fed. She always looks clean and the home is clean and doesn't smell. She says she is well looked after and enjoys having people to talk to. She enjoys joining in all the activities.

Mum has been in Naseby Care Home since February 2019. Whenever I have visited she has been well cared for and happy. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is contented and all the staff treat the residents with dignity and compassion. Staff have managed to keep COVID-19 out of the home. The quality of the food is excellent, nutritious and tasty. Very important.

My mother has been in Naseby Care Home since January. I have not been able to visit her since March but prior to that, I was very happy with her care etc. I phone the home regularly to check on her and are always happy with the staff I speak to. I would have appreciated a picture or fact time though as it has been a long time since we were able to visit her. Phone conversations don't work due to her dementia.

Naseby has been my mum's home for the last 6 months. The care she has received has been excellent. Her health had gradually deteriorated and the care workers have been looking after her so well that she has shown improvement, which has amazed us all.

My mum has been in the care home for over 22-months, in all the time I have visited, the home is always clean, and the staff are excellent. The staff have always treated my mum with dignity and respect, even though she can be a handful sometimes. An excellent care home that I am happy that my mum is a resident.

Highly recommended.

My knowledge and experience of Naseby Care Home have been for four years approximately. I have always found the staff excellent to deal with and their commitment good in looking after my wife. Their support in caring for my wife is greatly appreciated and I have no adverse remarks to make about the care home or the staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend Naseby Care Home

Since the current manager has been appointed, my husband and I have noticed a marked improvement in standards. We have always been pleased with the care given by individual members of staff but over recent years, we have noticed a positive team spirit. My mother has benefitted considerably from the care administered and we owe my mother's continued presence to that care. Over the past twelve months, the home has received a welcome upgrading of the facilities and resources.

I have nothing but praise for the level of care my mother has enjoyed since being a resident of Naseby Care Home.

They always provide an update on my mother's overall condition, her needs and any concerns they may have. Any questions I have posed have been handled appropriately and I can see that my mother is enjoying being a resident of the home.

My first impression of Naseby Care Home when visiting a friend a couple of years ago, was how run down it looked and I wouldn't want my mother there.
After further visits, I now know how caring the staff are and the homecooked food is very good.
Unfortunately, when visiting again this week, my initial impression of Naseby is the same.

I have the impression they are the forgotten home in your group!
