Over all time Edgehill Care Home has 80 reviews.
This, although his presentation was far below the level it was when he was initally. Assessed this to my mind strongly demonstrates Edgehill's commitment to honouring its side of an agreement - all staff seem to smile continuously, and this creates an incredible positive feeling throughout Edgehill. They are happy in their work and it cheers me up no end. A real tonic.
We are so happy that we were able to meet your Dad's needs and support him at Edgehill Care Home.
We are very proud that you have been lucky to have witnessed that we have such a wonderful team, I am so pleased that you have been able see that with your own eyes. Thank you for your lovely review.
All the staff, without exception, look after the residents with care, compassion, knowledge, kindness as well as professionalism.
I would highly recommend Edgehill Care Home.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave us this 5* review. We are all very proud of the home and the care and support we give to those as part of our Edgehill Family. It is great to know that this shows through.
My granddad arrived at Edgehill really unwell. A very upsetting time. Lisa, Shelley and their staff showed compassion and understanding to my parents, who were struggling with the difficult decision for my grandad to come here, especially as he was so unwell. The care and respect given to him were faultless. It made me want to hug every one of them for helping him so kindly. One nurse stood out, though, Sasha, what a beautiful soul. A true credit to Edgehill. I look forward to visits and getting to know them all.
Thank you so much for leaving us such a wonderful review. I will be sure to share this with the team.
Since mum moved in to edgehill we have found the level of dementia care to be superb. The staff have shown empathy at every turn of mums Journey and been there to support not just mum but me as well. I would highly recommend agincare edgehill to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. I have found a degree of peace knowing mum is being very well looked after.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. I will be sure to share your lovely comments with the team.
The staff are very caring and friendly and have looked after my father with the utmost attention and understanding
The food is of an excellent quality and as plentiful as the resident needs require
If it wasn't for the fact that we are all moving off the mainland, I wouldn't have hesitated to keep him at Edgehill
Well done Lisa and team
Thank you for you very kind review. We are waiting for our awaiting for our new activity person to start, we will then hopefully be 5* across the board. I hope you all very much enjoy your new adventures in the Isle of Wight.
It is not only the day to day care, support, love and kindness shown by all towards the residents & their families but the regular activities & outings designed to keep residents engaged & active that make Edgehill such a wonderful place for all.
Staff are always doing that extra to make special days so special.
The last 2yrs my parents have so enjoyed being there & we are always amazed by the way staff are not only there for residents during their work hours, but regularly attend voluntarily to help them celebrate a special day or assist with days out. For them its not just a job but a love of people.
Recently losing my father of 94 staff were truly wonderful. From the teary eyed staff honour guard as he left, to the extra love, care & attention shown to my mother in her anguish after 70 years together, nothing was too much for them when caring for a resident.
Sadly 5 STARS is all that we can give and they deserve so much more
Thank you so very much for such a wonderful review of our home. Thank you for giving us the honour of being able to care for both of your parents. I am incredibly proud of what we achieve as a team, so it is always greatly received knowing that the love and care given shows through.

The staff are excellent. The management keep me up to date with my fathers care and how he is with his health. The food is very good.
Thank you for taking time to leave us a review Christina.
The staff are warm and friendly. I can't put into words how well he (Dad) is looked after. It's great pace of mind that he is happy and content here. 10/10.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is our please to have your Dad with us.
My mum has been at Edgehill since August 2023. In that time she has been wonderfully cared for by all the team. I live in Australia and can only visit occasionally, so it is a great comfort to know she is so well cared for. Inevitably her health is declining but this has made no difference to the care - and love - she is shown. My thanks to everyone at Edgehill.
Thank you so much for this lovely review Keith. I will be sure to pass on you thanks to the team.
The team and all the experts here are amazing my uncle was looked after so well he was able to return to a semi normal life with care in his own place. Thank you so much all team.
Thank you for such a wonderful review. It was our pleasure to have your uncle with us. I am glad that he is doing well.
My family member lived at Edgehill for a number of years, and I honestly don't know what we would have done, as a family, without them. They were so supportive of our family as well as providing above and beyond care to my family member. I will always recommend this wonderful home to anyone!
Thank you so much for your kind review. I will be sure to share this with the team.
My mother-in-law recently moved into this care home and she has already settled in well. The staff are friendly and very welcoming we are always asked if we want to know anything and the staff are always happy to help. Recently we attended a family day with a BBQ and entertainment, we had an amazing time. My mother-in-law loved it too. What an excellent home - well done!
Thank you for your wonderful review of our home. It is great to see that the team's love and care do not go unnoticed.
Mum moved into Edgehill Care Home after a period of illness, since moving in she has smiled again and is happy to be in Edgehill. The staff are brilliant can answer any questions we have, and look after mum brilliantly. The overall standards of cleanliness, care, food and activities are second to none. Members of the family attended a BBQ with entertainment it was outstanding.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We are so happy to hear how much of a positive experience your Mum moving to Edgehill has had not only for Mum but for the family.
I have been so impressed with Edgehill Care Home since my dad has been there for some respite. The home always has a calm, relaxed and contented feel to it. The staff are always approachable and show such kindness and empathy with residents on an individual basis. The food cannot be faulted the meals are to a high standard and there are plenty of cups of tea and snacks available. Residents are kept busy and there are lots of activities/games to keep them entertained, stimulated and engaged. What is most important to us as a family is knowing that dad is safe and well cared for and the compassion and genuine fondness are shown in abundance by staff. I cannot thank all at Edgehill enough for everything they do in what is a very difficult and challenging job. The staff at Edgehill should be very proud of the service they provide.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such an amazing review. It is wonderful that you have been able to experience the wonderful atmosphere at Edgehill.
My great-grandad was treated extremely well at Edgehill Care Home. The staff are warm and kind and management helped with any queries I had. The only nice things we say about the home and the staff. I have the utmost respect towards all the staff and would recommend this home to everyone in the future.
Thank you for taking time to leave such a positive review.
My gran moved in just before Christmas and she has improved so much since being at Edgehill. She enjoyed the company of the other residents and she always enjoys the activities. The staff are always working hard and she has settled in really well. It's such a relief for the family knowing she is well looked after and we are now considering Grandad moving in too!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. I am so glad that your Gran has settled in so well and is enjoying everyone's company.
The team here are amazing and their care is absolutely the best. They are attentive and made sure every resident is well cared for in an empathetic way and with dignity. I live abroad so it is nice to know she is well cared for. They gave the residents an amazing Christmas and are very welcoming to the family. Certainly the best home in Swindon.
Thank you Viv for taking the time to leave us a review. We are over the moon to be given 5* across all areas. I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the team.
The manager and the entire team at Edgehill are to be congratulated for today's BBQ for residents and family/friends. Despite the unseasonal weather, the food and entertainment were excellent. The care staff were very friendly and fully engaged with the residents, who enjoyed the event. Although Mum only recently moved to Edgehill, we have confidence in the team, and look forward to future visits.
The BBQ was a lovely day and made even more so by having the support of so many family members attend.
