My husband who has dementia and Alzheimers was transferred to this wonderful home after being in hospitals and another care home. I fought hard to have him brought to Linden Lodge as earlier this year he had had 2 weeks respite. I have nothing but praise for all of the carers, management and the
unseen heroes who make this home from home.

get 100% peace of mind that my mom is being so well looked after.

I am always pleased with my mums care at Linden Lodge. I have no concerns
Mum has gained a stone & a half in weight since she 1st went into the home
The staff are all very polite & caring, it feels like one big family & I enjoy being part of that

My step father has been in this home for a few months now.
When visiting him regularly I have always been very impressed with the care and attention displayed towards the residents by the staff. Also they are very friendly and helpful towards visitors.
Overall I am very pleased at how my step
father has settled in to linden lodge, he is beginning to think of the place as his home.

Was very Great full of the contact with the home when mum was taken in to hospital for two week .we was call to let us know that she had been taken into hospital after you had the dealing with the paramedics. The home tried calling hospital why she was in but couldn't get through so they called us
to see how she was.great full for the staff's help and support with the call out of the paramedics and there concern for her well being

Very good . Food always looks good. Staff very friendly. X . Lots of interaction and good experience with party's and entertainment. All residents are well looked after. . And all love there visits.

Linden Lodge at Dordon is a pleasant clean, well run home.
Dad is very happy there, he likes the staff and the food.
Perhaps some individual air conditioning in their bedrooms may be a good improvement if global warming continues to give us hot summers. Any problems are dealt with quickly and
efficiently.

I would rate Linden Lodge overall as a very good care home.
The day to day staff are very kind, polite and knowledgeable.
They are always caring and know about dad's likes and dislikes.
The management team are equally good with support and dealing with queries efficiently.
I feel
comfortable talking to them.
Dad always appears clean and tidy.
He seems very comfortable and does sleep a lot.
I am aware the staff do encourage him to eat. I have not answered the rating about food as I have not seen the majority of the food served.
Of the meals seen they appear appetising.

Very happy with the service. My brother is well looked after and is always dressed appropriately and clean. His room is alwsys vlean. Staff are always on hand and friendly. The food is good and freshly prepared.

My wife has been here since January and she has been extremely happy & so have I. Everything they do is exceptional and is up to a very high standard all the time. She is in a much better place both with her mental state and physically. Thank you all very much.

My mom as been at Linden Lodge for six years and as been so looked after in all the time there ,she as reached her 95th birthday and the home didn't me proud they put a dinner party birthday for her. l am writing this as l would like to thank all the people that made it a special day for her.

Father has been living in Lindon Lodge for over a year now. He is settled, happy and well. The staff are lovely with him and he has an excellent relationship with them. The food is good and everywhere is lovely and clean.

Lovely and attentive staff. Always made to feel welcome when visiting my mother. She is very well looked after and in a clean and comfortable accommodation. I would definitely recommend Linden Lodge if looking for residential care of an elderly loved one.

I am very happy with the care that our mum receives. Every member of staff that cares for Mum are kind and patient, and make time to spend with her whenever they can. The only part that could require improvement is refurbishment and decoration of the rooms.

Talking to my mother (she is the resident) she is quite happy living at Linden Lodge. The food is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, also it is a well-maintained place to be. Her only problem is lack of mobility and sometimes she has to wait a while for toilet assistance. This is not a
reflection on the staff as they are always busy.
As for myself, I find the staff friendly and I always feel welcome when visiting.

Linden Lodge is a very well run care home, having cared for my mother since Sept 2017. I have been extremely pleased with the care she has received. Every member of staff is so friendly and always make you feel welcome when visiting - this is also the case when they appear on occasions to be
understaffed, they simply get on with the task at hand, always with a beaming smile on their faces. I also think the selection of food cooked fresh on the premises is very good and whilst the regularity is reduced since Covid, the family/social events they lay on are very well organised and well received. Keep up this excellent work ethic and thank you for everything you continue to do for my mum.

Most of the residents are dementia sufferers, but the brilliant, first class attention and treatment each individual receives is excellent. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant to everyone even when they are busy, which is most of the time. Yours sincerely.

Mum is very settled and enjoys being at Linden Lodge, staff and management are kind, friendly, and always welcoming.
The home is clean and always looks nice, I would not want my mum to live anywhere else and I'm sure she agrees, five stars are well deserved.

My nan moved to Linden Lodge after becoming extremely poorly in her previous care placement.
Thanks to Linden's excellent care, support and encouragement my nan has made a miraculous recovery.
She is really settled and loves all the staff who take care of her so wonderfully.
It is really a home
from home, clean and well set out, with plenty of activities for my nan to join in with.
The whole team, including fantastic management, make us feel welcome when we visit.
Thank you so much Linden Lodge, I cannot praise you enough.

We moved my mother to Linden Lodge after her condition severely deteriorated in her previous care home, resulting in her being hospitalised three times and becoming extremely poorly.
I cannot praise Linden enough, within weeks my mother has her mobility back, is eating, drinking and communicating
with the fantastic staff.
The proof is plain to see that with this excellent care, respect, kindness and encouragement given to my mother.
The management are outstanding, always available for support and advice, they have taken so much stress away from myself, making her transition to Linden extremely easy.
The doors are always open for me to visit anytime day or night and as a family, we are made extremely welcome. It is a beautiful, clean and home-from-home setting.
Mother has settled in really well and loves all the wonderful staff, who always have time for her and all the other residents.
I honestly cannot praise and thank Linden Lodge enough for giving me my mother back.
