My wife moved here 10 months ago from another home following difficulty with personal care. Here this has been better managed. The room has a pleasant aspect and en suite. More activities and the general environment are more pleasant. A modern building rather than a conversion. The staff made an
extra effort for a small party for our 60th wedding anniversary and to share Christmas lunch. All staff are helpful and friendly and have a good relationship with my wife. Visitor parking is limited and needs white lines to present wide parking and loss of space. All in all as good as can be expected.

My mother was in bed, as she had recently been unwell. She was very comfortable and has been extremely well cared for. There has never been any issues regarding her care.

When visiting Bethshan I have always been treated with courtesy and friendship by management and staff. Any questions or concerns have been dealt with promptly. During the Covid-19 lockdown, myself and family endorse the decision taken by the management for the safety of residents and staff.

The staff are Bethsham makes this nursing home what it is. They are very hardworking, amazing people. I am always very well informed about Mums well-being, and since Covid, the Whatsapp video messaging has really helped to keep in touch with Mum. Would highly recommend Behtshan, especially their
very caring staff. Thank you all so much.
