My brother has been at Michael House since December 2024 and has flourished there as never before. He was depressed and fearful when he arrived but the staff made him feel welcome and cared for straight away and we could not believe how quickly he related to his care staff and settled in. His
general health has improved and he is happier and more confident than he has been for over twenty years.
The staff clearly know how to relate to people with learning disabilities, and for the first time in many years we have confidence that he is really well cared for and looked after, as well as being encouraged to be as independent as he feels happy with.

Our son has lived at Enham for over 12 years, initially in Elizabeth House and for the last 6 years in William House.
He is very well looked after there. He loves life and living in William House and has lots of friends, both residents and staff. The Manager, Bonnie, is outstanding and has a
wonderful team supporting her. With her skills, leadership and enthusiasm and the staff's dedication, William House is a very happy home.
We would thoroughly recommend Enham to anyone

My brother has lived at Enham since 2012 and after the initial adjustment has always been happy there. The block where he lives, Elizabeth House was originally a residential care home but over the last couple of years has transitioned to Support Living. My brother enjoys the greater independence
this allows - being supported to go food shopping, cook his own meals and even clean his flat. The staff are kind, attentive, and caring and also make him laugh which is a wonderful thing to hear. I feel he is well-cared for and I know he wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Since the new Manager took over the management of Enham Trust there have been huge improvements.

My son has been in Elizabeth House in Enham for about 12 years. The staff in the House are completely committed to him and go the extra mile to support him. They know him well - for example they take him on days out, planning in terms of what his interests are. He has a wide programme of activities
which are open to all residents and helps them make friends. For example, he is in the choir which puts on concerts - joyous occasions. I think this sense of community is something very special to Enham, as are the grounds - like a campus. I get immediate updates of anything needed to do with his health and I'm confident he is looked after.
In any care home there are things that could be tweaked to be improved, but I have complete confidence in senior managers to act as needed. My son is extremely happy, safe and settled in Enham and I am very grateful for this.
