My sister needed care after falling in her own home and not being able to care for herself, then going into hospital. Five Stacks were very helpful especially as it was in the middle of lockdown. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Five Stacks are very caring people, helpful, warm and friendly. I do feel more staff are needed, mainly to give them more time to sit and chat with the residents as entertainment/activities are very poor. Mum is happy there and I do recommend Five Stacks as a lovely care home.

Always happy to greet with a smile whenever you turn up. Cup of coffee offered. My friend is always content to be here. Staff are all pleased to see us.

When I visit my aunt, she is always telling me how happy she is and the staff always make us welcome. Everyone makes the staff and home like a big family.

I have recently spent a very happy fortnight at Five Stacks. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room I had was very comfortable and well furnished. The food we had was very good, thanks to a good chef. I would like to thank all the staff again for making me so welcome.
