My brother is a younger resident with an acquired brain injury. He has been at Palace House for over two years. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly and also have a good relationship with my brother and know him. I have always been kept up to date if there are any issues if he is not
well or distressed. The manager has always been very helpful and is always there.

My mum was discharged from hospital to Palace House Care Home in April 2020 and recently moved to a nursing home nearer to where family live. Many, many thanks for the wonderful care she has received whilst staying with you. The staff have made a very difficult year, due to Covid-19 restrictions far
easier by providing excellent care and allowing visits in line with current guidelines. Many thanks for all you've done.

Just would like to say with regards to the staff and the home, they have been brilliant while my mum was a resident they are so friendly and caring. I would just like to say a special thank you to you all for the care she has received, it has been much appreciated.

The home and care staff are brilliant, well caring and are very dignified. I have been a resident for almost three years and I am still as happy as I was when I came.
