We are very happy with the care provided. Lovely staff and very kind and caring.
The manager is always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They always make us a drink. Residents are well looked after and cared for. They respond to e-mails very efficiently.

My good friend resides here and she says its an amazing place to stay. The staff are all friendly especially the management team in Archery/Bower, nothing is ever a problem. The home has recently had an uplift and the reception area looks amazing. Well done all the lovely staff at Scorton Care Home

I couldn't be happier with the care my father in law receives at this care home. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive and genuinely compassionate. It's clear they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feel comfortable, respected and well looked after.
Well done to the staff running Scorton Care Village you are all doing an excellent job.

Knowing that my husband is in such a safe, clean and supportive environment means the world to our family. The home itself is always spotless and very well maintained. The food is also excellent quality, with a good choice and clearly prepared with care. The best thing about the care home are the
staff they genuinely care and can't do enough for my husband and myself when visiting they treat everyone with such respect. We're are so grateful for the wonderful team there and would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Fantastic care for my mother in law, I would recommend this care to anyone. Great food. Carers are caring, attentive, and look after their residents and are professional.

My mum has been a resident at Scorton in Elizabeth House for a few months now, and whilst this is never an easy transition, the care and support she has received from the staff there has been outstanding.
The management team work really well with us as families to understand her needs and the
nursing and care staff have been really good. Her specific dietary requirements have been changed and worked with over this period to give her both the nutrition she needs and also the types of food she prefers.
As a family we are really grateful to the team at Scorton for the care provided.

My friend has been a patient at Scorton for the past 10 years due to Alzheimer's disease. During that time, she experienced excellent care and friendship from all ranks of the staff, attention of her needs as she became iller was superb. She died in November. My situation as carer and ex house mate
was also under their remit, which made my weekly visits so much nicer. I thank all the staff for everything.

I am happy with the care that mother receives at Scorton. The care staff seem to change regularly but they all treat my mother with dignity and respect. The management team are supportive and respond to contact from myself promptly. I feel my mother's needs are being well met at Scorton.

It would be better if Mam had a bit more interaction and stimulation, she is often sat in front of a TV she can't really see or hear. On occasion we have had mixed messages to different members of the family.

My beloved husband continues to receive excellent care as he has done over the past 9 months. The staff & management are very caring & show him wonderful kindness - which also stretches to me. The upstairs area, where he is, is bright, colourful, warm & cosy. I have no worries as to his care.

Scorton Care Village is clean and well kept. The staff are incredibly caring, professional and attentive to my father's needs. I feel confident that he is in capable hands. The food looks excellent and nutritious. I'm grateful to the whole team at the care home for the support they have given.

Mum was in Scorton Care Village for 2 weeks respite. Mum thoroughly enjoyed her time in Scorton. The staff were very understanding and caring. The daily entertainment was brilliant. They encouraged mum to join in with several activity, some she'd not done for years! All round brilliant experience
and would definitely recommend to others. If mum needs to go somewhere full time we would be more than happy for her to to Scorton.

I feel so fortunate that my father is a resident at Scorton Care Village. All of the staff are so helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. An amazing group of people doing an incredibly tough job. Thank you so much.

The staff are friendly and helpful and will always keep us informed.

We can't thank enough the team here at Abbey View Care Home. Their care of our father is exceptional. Our father is very frail and has dementia. Since he arrived, the team have sorted his medication, healed a bed sore (this was from the previous home with a different provider) ensured he is
comfortable, well kept, well bed, safe and secure. He feels loved. Thank you. Amazing home and an amazing team.

Couldn't be happier with the care my Nana is receiving at Scorton Care Village. They go above and beyond to meet all her needs, especially her dietary requirements. My Nana feels safe and well cared for and has some great relationships with staff. She enjoys the activities and especially when they
blow dry her hair, ready for when I take her out.
