Good standard of care. Rooms could do with some redecorations. Excellent activities, visits etc. Mum is happy and safe in Temple Croft.

Temple Croft has proven to be a warm & friendly home for our cousin who now requires 24hr care. The staff are very caring and supportive and there is always a "buzz" of activities keeping the residents happy and entertained.
We have found the manager and care staff to be helpful and
approachable, always ready to advise and assist and the premises are always clean and well presented.

Always a pleasant friendly welcome . Do feel more staff would be beneficial as sometimes my friend is waiting and waiting for the comode. Obviously as an elderly person she like many others can't wait long. Food is always good and varied menu.

This care home is amazing, excellent to all aspects of care.
I like how is run, the manager, care staff, all are like my family members.
The warmth, the smiles, the atmosphere it is all amazing.
My mum is very happy there and I am so happy with my choice.
My mum is involved in different
activities all the time, every day is something different.

My mum Mo has been a resident in the home for over 2 years now and I can't Thank the staff highly enough for the way they look after her. She isn't the easiest of people to deal with and can be challenging but they ALWAYS give her care and respect. I wouldn't want her to be in any other care home ,
and make family visiting feel welcome .

Always a great atmosphere and smiling residents.
Lovely staff, who go above and beyond to make Temple Croft a lovely home for the people that live there.
There is always something going on, from entertainment, keep fit and beauty treatments to coffee mornings to discos.

My Nana came into Temple crofts care in May of this year. Since then she has become a completely different person. She's happy, has made lots of new friends and always gets involved in the activities. It's so lovely to see her regaining some of her life. She was very worried about entering a care
home as were we but she has found a new found zest for life which is amazing to see. Absolutely the best thing to happen to her she now gets to socialise everyday and always has company which after living alone for so many years is just the best thing for her. The staff are all lovely, Lucy is a great activities co ordinator there's always something fun planned and I love seeing the updates on social media.

Temple croft is the most fantastic place for my dad he as all of his care needs met to the highest standard the staff and management are always on hand to help and deal with any problems or just a chat the activities coordinator always as something in place to keep all residents busy and mind active

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff that works at Temple Croft care home for the way they care and look after my mother and other residents, My mum has been with them now for Two years four months and she is very happy there with all the activities going on there is always
something happening daytrips out bands singers Llamas and lots more.
The big thank you is for everybody there that's Management, office staff, care workers team leaders and assistants who all work so professionally, Cooks and kitchen staff the food they prepare is always fresh and tastes great, the cleaners and domestic staff that keep the place lovely and clean, and the acclivities coordinator who is also kept very busy.
Everybody that works there are polite helpful and friendly which makes visiting time a pleasure.

Mum settled in amazingly, she is a different person since being in the home. All staff are brilliant with her. We feel as a family it is a home from home not a hospital or doesn't feel like a care home, they include us as a family which is lovely.

My relative is a resident here and she really likes it. There is something different to do every day and her needs are met. She enjoys the food and has made some lovely friends. All the staff are lovely and do a fantastic job.

They look after my wife absolutely outstanding. I cannot fault them in anyway and they are brilliant.
They take care of her, look after her and keep her safe.
She's been here since December 2024 and she's here now still and she is happy.

My step mum as being her since December 2024 the staff is are absolutely amazing with her she is always happy and saying how good the staff are with her would recommend it to anyone for their love ones

Good with my step mum and they are really lovely and they treat her really right and she loves being here and there is days where she is down and she can wait for my dad to come she loves being here xx

Dad has been made to feel so welcome, visiting access is brilliant. He has been well cared for physically and mentally as he progresses he will hopefully be able to be more involved with the activities.
A very warm and caring environment. Puts my mind at ease knowing that Dad is being cared for by
the wonderful staff.

My Mother-in-law has improved so much since coming to Temple Croft. From bed-bound to now sitting and socialising with the other residents and staff, which she loves. Temple Croft is the best!

Always friendly and welcoming. My Nana seems to be very happy and well looked after. When speaking to her she said all staff are great and she likes the food, also keep her busy with all the games and activities.

Temple Croft is an amazing care home the quality of care is the best I've ever seen. All of the staff members go above and beyond when it comes to the well-being of the residents and making sure that they are entertained. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at care.

After discharge from one hospital, my mum came into Temple Croft. We have seen a vast improvement with the excellent care that Mum has received. Nothing has been too much trouble for Mum as the staff are always around ensuring she has everything that she needs. We feel Mum is safe and our minds are
at rest knowing she is happy and comfortable. On behalf of all our family.
