My brother has attended Kington house since March 2019. He has a brain injury and needs 24hr care. As a family, we found this decision very upsetting and difficult to make. The staff at Kington have helped us through this transition, giving support to us and my brother every step of the way. The
care which my brother receives is truly outstanding. The staff give their time, patience and understanding to my brother and have allowed time for relationships to build therefore understanding his needs on a daily basis. The manager at the home has helped my elderly father during the whole process and is willing to give support and time to my brother at this challenging time in his life. The staff always give their time, which is so important to a person with a brain injury as they often need time to process and understand. I wish to thank the manager and the whole team at Kington for their care.
