My mum is well cared for. She is clean, and well dressed. Her hair is regularly cut. Mum has regular access to drinks and snacks. The staff have taken the time to know mum & her personality. They communicate with mum what they plan to do when she is moved & dressed with respect. Doesn't seem to be
as many activities on, but this may be due to time of day I visit. I do see events advertised at the nursing home & receive via the post information about the days where they invite family in for such events. I am phoned if something medical is required by mum or if an incident has arisen. Mum's clothes are laundered & put in her cupboards. Her bedding & room is very regularly changed and cleaned. The communal room is clean & a member of staff is present to monitor and engage with residents. Sometimes staff levels are lower & therefore the time to engage with residents is not possible. This is usually more weekends rather than week days. Staff are friendly and professional.

My auntie has been a resident at the home for a number of years after being a difficult resident, but since she's been in Meadowlands, the behaviours that she displayed in her previous home have been greatly improved by the care that has been provided to her at Meadowlands. There are always a lot of
activities to keep her occupied, her favourite being the singers that regularly come to the home. I am very happy with the care that she has received since living.

I think the home is superb. I was recommended the home by a family member of a previous resident. The staff are all friendly and helpful and provide a very high standard of care. They have helped my wife settle in and always make me feel welcome when I visit.

Very pleased with care and support my mother has received since moving into Meadowlands. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Her room has been personalised and nothing is too much trouble. I am not able to visit as often as I would like but the activities coordinator has enabled regular
video calls, which has been very much appreciated and helps maintain the close bond between myself and my mother. My mother is eating well and her overall health has improved and dementia is stable.

Staff are invariably pleasant and caring. There is a genuinely open access to the home and a feeling of transparency. Overall as a family we are very pleased and happy with the care Mother is receiving.

My father has dementia and was transferred to Meadowlands recently from hospital. He has settled in really well. The facilities are excellent and the staff are kind, caring and professional. My dad's needs have been fully met and he is comfortable, clean and very well looked after. I cannot fault
the level of care that has been provided.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Visiting sister for 18 months. Staff have overcome many changes and challenges during this time, they are an asset to the company. A difficult job at the best of times.

From the outset the staff have been excellent, efficient and compassionate. They clearly treat everyone with dignity and care.
They all actively engage with family members and this has helped my family come to terms with the transition. We believe that the new home for mum will enable her to
receive the care she needs and the dignity she deserves.

I'm deeply disappointed with the standard of care at this home. The visitor book is not monitored and not signed by everyone, raising serious concerns about security. The facilities are sparse and feel bare, offering no sense of comfort or warmth. There is a clear lack of stimulation or engaging
activities for residents. Staff appear very young and inexperienced, and sadly, often give the impression that they simply don't care.
Vegetarian options are virtually non-existent-meals are just the standard dishes with the meat removed, which is unacceptable. On one visit, I witnessed a drink spilled on the floor and staff sitting nearby doing nothing about it, even after being informed.
It feels like only the bare minimum is being provided here. It's heartbreaking to see a loved one in such a bleak and uncaring environment. Families entrust homes with the well-being of those they care about most-this place is failing that responsibility.
