View Full Details of Meadowlands Care HomeVery pleased with care and support my mother has received since moving into Meadowlands. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Her room has been personalised and nothing is too much trouble. I am not able to visit as often as I would like but the activities coordinator has enabled regular video calls, which has been very much appreciated and helps maintain the close bond between myself and my mother. My mother is eating well and her overall health has improved and dementia is stable.
Lovely clean home, my brother is well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful.
My dad was in your home for a month or so, but received wonderful. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly. Any time we had a question, it was answered thoroughly and promptly. We always felt he was being well looked after.
Staff are invariably pleasant and caring. There is a genuinely open access to the home and a feeling of transparency. Overall as a family we are very pleased and happy with the care Mother is receiving.
Excellent staff, friendly and caring. My mother is very happy in this home.
My dad is having excellent care at this home. They treat him like family and he very much enjoys it here. The carers are very gentle and respectful with my dad. Can't fault the service. The 1-1 care from certain staff is amazing and my father's very happy with them.
My Dad Alan is very happy here in Meadowlands, Jenko and Sasha's care with him is outstanding. Thank you!
My father has dementia and was transferred to Meadowlands recently from hospital. He has settled in really well. The facilities are excellent and the staff are kind, caring and professional. My dad's needs have been fully met and he is comfortable, clean and very well looked after. I cannot fault the level of care that has been provided.
The staff have always been extremely friendly to Mam and I've only ever seen them behaving in the same way towards other residents. The home is in good condition. Home is very clean.
The home is excellent, all the staff are approachable, the home is clean, the food is excellent. The care my father is getting is excellent. I can only say great things about this home.
Excellent service, staff very friendly and treat my auntie with great respect and dignity
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Visiting sister for 18 months. Staff have overcome many changes and challenges during this time, they are an asset to the company. A difficult job at the best of times.
The home looks after my mother well and also are welcoming and kind to my visiting father.
Can't thank the staff for the love and care that they give to mum. Mums been there since January and has settled in so well, she is well cared for and comfortable. It's clean comfortable and the food options are excellent. Seeing mum so settled reassures us as a family. Thank you so much we appreciate everything you do for mum
From the outset the staff have been excellent, efficient and compassionate. They clearly treat everyone with dignity and care. They all actively engage with family members and this has helped my family come to terms with the transition. We believe that the new home for mum will enable her to receive the care she needs and the dignity she deserves.
I'm deeply disappointed with the standard of care at this home. The visitor book is not monitored and not signed by everyone, raising serious concerns about security. The facilities are sparse and feel bare, offering no sense of comfort or warmth. There is a clear lack of stimulation or engaging activities for residents. Staff appear very young and inexperienced, and sadly, often give the impression that they simply don't care. Vegetarian options are virtually non-existent-meals are just the standard dishes with the meat removed, which is unacceptable. On one visit, I witnessed a drink spilled on the floor and staff sitting nearby doing nothing about it, even after being informed. It feels like only the bare minimum is being provided here. It's heartbreaking to see a loved one in such a bleak and uncaring environment. Families entrust homes with the well-being of those they care about most-this place is failing that responsibility.
My mother since coming to Meadowlands home has been amazing shes more settled mentally. I can't say how much I appreciate the staff here their amazing.
The staff are more than happy to do anything that is asked of them they are kind + caring to both myself and the resident spouse.
All staff are caring and friendly and good at what they do. The food is very good and more than enough for all, they welcome me at all times with a smile and a cup of coffee. The home is clean and so is my husband and always dressed and clean whenever I visit.
The staff are really friendly, helpful and courteous. My sister is treated with care, compassion and dignity. I came to visit whilst the staff were putting on a Christmas sing-a-long, everyone was having a great time, residents, staff and even the guests! My sister is in great hands.
