This care home treated both my husband and me with complete dignity and respect during the final weeks of his life. The staff were always open, kind, and approachable, and the home itself had a warm and happy atmosphere. Overall, the service and care my husband received were second to none.

My mum has been in this care home for 6 years with Dementia .
She has been on all 3 floors residential memory and now nursing .
The home has a great family feel to it .
There are constant improvements being made
Staff are kind and considerate.
And management has an open door policy which is
brilliant .
Any concerns I have ever had have been dealt with straight away .
There is an amazing entertainment team who have a variety of activities twice a day from bingo sing alongs coffee mornings play your cards right .
Every event is celebrated with a party.
I like the fact that all professionals come to the home even dentists which is a Service not offered in many homes .
The home allows you to treat your room as your own with decorating
The home is also decorated giving it a more homely feel instead of clinical .
I would recommend this home. I have been to others and they dont come near the care and management here or the cleanliness .they have been a great help to my mum and me .

Manager very unprofessional, when approached manager about others residents clothes being put in my mums wardrobe and her own clothes being just stuff in wardrobe and screwed up which I have to clean and sort out every week, all I got back from her was don't it make u feel good knowing you look
after your mum ? No I don't work there and lose quality time with my mum having to sort hers clothes out every week !!

My dad come to Bluebell Place on 26th September 2024 and the staff have been amazing to him right up until his final days. The staff kept me informed when my dad began to deteriorate and rang me when he was getting worse. The home is clean and I would like to recommend this home to people I know.

My mum has been in the care of DMP healthcare and Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home. Mum is given the utmost quality of care by the team from the manager to the care worker, the cook and facilities team and lead carers. Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate.
Always giving attention to
detail in all their care and communication. Always trying to meet the needs and concerns of my mum.
Mum has been very unwell this week, the team were responsive and quick to act; preferring to keep Mum in the home in preference for hospital care. Believing the care is of a much higher standard than hospital care.

The staff are dedicated and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of all residents. My visit has been positive and my grandmother it's very well looked after.The care is excellent and the home is spotless clean.

My mother-in-law has had the care and consideration extended to her by every member of staff. She is lovingly looked after each and every day, The home has a welcoming atmosphere, clean, and jolly too. The staff are always helpful, understanding and considerate to us, the family. We feel blessed to
have found the Bluebell Nursing and Residential Home.

Once mum was established in her room and settled with the staff. The care was excellent. My mum is safe and cared for well.

The place is very well run. I was very concerned when my mother came in and the staff put my mind at rest. Everyone is open, honest, super helpful and the heads of teams have been wonderful.
Food is great, the place is spotlessly clean and all the staff show outstanding attention to the residents
needs.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my nana received during her respite stay at Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home. From the moment she arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt welcomed and comfortable.
The team at Bluebell is nothing short of amazing. They
took the time to reassure my nana, helping her to settle in and feel at home, despite her initial reservations about care homes. Their kindness and understanding made a significant difference and it was heartwarming to see her enjoy her time there.
The management team runs a steady ship, leading the staff with professionalism. It's clear that they prioritise the well-being of their residents and this reflects in the quality of care provided. Our family was truly impressed with the five-star care my nana received during her stay.
Thank you Bluebell for making such a positive impact on my nana's experience. We are grateful for your dedication and the loving environment you create for your residents. Highly recommended.

As the granddaughter of a resident at Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager and her team. Since my grandmother's stay began, we have seen the dedication, patience and compassion that the manager and her staff provide each day. Their attention to my
grandmother's well-being, comfort and happiness has given our family peace of mind.
The manager's commitment to maintaining high standards in care is evident and her leadership ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all residents. Communication with families is also excellent, allowing us to feel involved and informed about [grandparent's] care. My Nan has been at Bluebell for a long time.

Recently Halloween was so much fun the staff were dressed up there was music and lovely food it was a good party.
My nan is looked after well and the staff are always there to help you.

Bluebell looked after my dad before he died.

I always feel everyone is approachable.
And you can just walk in anytime and chat with manager.
Nursing floor is where a lot of my time was spent the nurses are amazing.
It's clean welcoming and they do their job well.
I would recommend this care home to anyone.
That's the reason my dad was there.
We had seen the wonderful care they are continuing to give my mum-in-law and wanted him to receive the same.
Which he did.
They Care above and beyond.

Very nice care home, staff are friendly and residents are well looked after. The staff know all the residents' names and it is a nice personal touch. Food is good, lots of activities every day. Would highly recommend Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home.

My husband has been in Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home for six months and I am very happy with the care he has received.
All staff are friendly and care for all his needs.
My husband is in his bed all the time and has a one-to-one and treat him with care and respect.

Mum has been living in Bluebell Nursing & Residential Home since November 2022 and she has been very happy there. The most important part of any home is the staff and the staff here are friendly and they create a relaxed atmosphere. There seems to be a low staff turnover which is always a good sign!
Everywhere is spotless. And also well maintained. It was a difficult emotional decision for Mum to move into a care home, especially as it's an hour and a half away from us but I know she's in good hands at Bluebell.

My mum was a resident at Bluebell Court for nearly 2 years and in that time the care she received was exceptional. The staff, including laundry, cleaners, kitchen and activity staff and office all went out of their wait to make my mum comfortable, cared for and loved. In my mum's final days, they
not only took care of her but us as well. They really couldn't do enough for us all. Anyone who is worried about having to place a loved one in Bluebell Court please don't worry, it really is an amazing care home that our family will always be eternally grateful too.
