Hi, I'm Ella Munteanu, the Home Manager at Bluebell Nursing Home.
With a career in healthcare since 2003, beginning as a Registered Nurse, I am passionate about bringing my experience, skills, and dedication to support the residents and lead our team at Bluebell.

Working with DMP Healthcare and leading our caring, talented team here at Bluebell is incredibly rewarding. Our priority is to provide compassionate, individualised care for each resident, ensuring a high standard of service that truly meets their needs.

My biggest career highlight has been becoming a Home Manager. I’m proud of the difference we make in residents’ lives each day and supporting staff to grow. The most important part of my role is ensuring residents are happy and safe, and that staff feel supported to develop and progress.

As both a nurse and a manager, I am committed to making choices that serve the best interests of those we care for, empowering our staff to deliver positive, person-centred outcomes.

My goal is to foster an environment where life at Bluebell feels as comfortable, happy, and homelike as possible, with our residents always at the heart of everything we do.

Daniela joined our Bluebell family in 2023. With a rich nursing background spanning back to her graduation as a Registered Nurse in 1997, Daniela brings decades of experience and expertise to her role. She takes great pride in delivering the highest quality of care to our residents, combining her extensive clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centred approach.

Daniela is committed to ensuring her team is well-supported and up-to-date with best practices, creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care every day. June is the Lead Nurse at Bluebell Nursing Home, where she plays a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of clinical care and support. With her extensive nursing experience and strong leadership skills, June provides guidance and supervision to the nursing and care team, helping to maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional care environment.

Meet Monika, our esteemed Head Chef since 2022, is truly the heart and soul of our culinary operations and a cornerstone of our team. Her unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail ensures that the kitchen consistently upholds its impeccable 5-star Health and Safety Standards (HSO).
