Since my wife has been allocated a 1 to 1 she has been far less agitated & quite settled. Since my wife has been allocated a 1 to 1 she has been far less agitated & quite settled. Very little signs of aggression as she is now looked after rather than wandering about and upsetting people by going into rooms and interfereing with their possessions or upsetting them. Unfortunely she can't converse & is unable to express her feelings coherently but I know she is much better in her self since the 1 to 1 has been in place. I visit everyday and see other people & the care & consideration they receive I'm confident when I leave.

My mum is a resident in Bluebell Home, she has increasingly worsening dementia and as a result is often hard to manage due to her changing behaviours. The staff have been absolutely amazing in keeping me informed regarding her changing care needs & provide regular updates when I visit. Her care needs have increased due to her constant changes but the staff have been unbelievably loving, kind reassuring to her even when she is difficult and upset. I cannot say enough good things of the home, always trying to accomodate to Mums needs & those of the family
