View Full Details of Trinity LodgeMy experience during the last 2 months was one where my issues were raised concerning my mum and management dealt with it in a professional way and kept me update about the progress and informed of any changes and her door was always open for me to go in a talk with her, which I was happy with and I trust that they are doing there but to keep resident and the family happy.
Very happy with the care my mum recived. Lovely staff and home from home.
Prior to my wife becoming a resident at Trinity Lodge, we looked at several others, and Trinity Lodge was our preferred choice. The layout of the building, the cleanliness and the friendly, caring staff made it an obvious choice. Any issues I have or concerns are listened to and addressed either by the team leaders or the manager. There are some very good food choices at mealtimes, and the 3 dining rooms are all quite pleasant. Generally, the maintenance around the whole building is well maintained, with all aspects being carefully looked after.
Trinity Lodge is a very good home. In my experience, my mum receives very good care and all her needs are met. The staff are always polite and welcoming and having dealt with the managers, I know they have tact and understanding, including when dealing with sensitive, personal and difficult issues affecting vulnerable elderly people. Special efforts go on regularly for residents who wish to participate.
Always friendly helpful and ready to talk about all things for the residents and myself. Food is really good, healthy and usual 'home' made.
Mum sustained numerous unwitnessed falls since April 25 the first resulting in a broken hip and wrist . The last 2 weeks ago leaving her virtually unable to stand or walk. Whilst she was a high falls risk she and other residents are constantly left unattended in lounges . Personal hygiene not given as its to easy to document refused and its one less job for the staff to attend too. The home often smells and overall looks unclean with food left on tables and floors. Residents look untidy with food on their clothes. I witnessed residents wet as they had been left sitting for 2 long. I witnessed residents who couldn't eat being given food with no utensils. If you can attend to most of your needs you may be OK anything extra will be a problem that they will say they cant meet and they will remove you from their home. No social engagement with residents no entertainment. Little communication between staff Untrained new staff The list goes on Think carefully before sending your LO here
As a family, we were apprehensive about our Mothers transition into a care home - We couldn't be further from the truth now. Mother is being looked after brilliantly and has a great relationship with the staff members. They've really taken to her cheeky character. Thank you, Trinity Lodge
Very impressed with staff keeping in touch with me. The carers are excellent with the residents and treat them with respect.
Wonderful purpose built care home with caring staff and excellent facilities. The food is of an excellent standard, and tea/coffee, biscuits and cakes are frequently offered to both residents and guests if desired on a daily basis. There are weekly visits by local GPs, and residents' eyes and hearing are checked regularly. Arts and crafts sessions are held on a weekly basis, and there are visits by outside entertainment and activities to encourage physical fitness and mobility, all in all, brilliant.
Visited an old friend at Trinity Lodge since he became a resident recently. Pleasantly surprised how clean, bright and inviting the place was. The staff are very accommodating. Most of all, our friend is more than happy staying there.
My husband has only been in Trinity Lodge 3 weeks, so it is early days. He appears happy and content. There are a few small issues which I'm sure will be sorted. All staff are kind and caring.
From the first time we came to view Trinity it felt the right place for Mum to come to. She has been here since October and she has settled in really well. The staff are so good to everyone and make my mum's days pleasant. I can go home knowing she is well cared for, she is being fed, drinks, showered and most of all safe. Thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after my mum, there is no better place for her.
This is the best place by far of all the homes we looked at. The mother-in-law seems very happy every time I come to visit. The staff and facilities are excellent and cater to everyone's needs. I would highly recommend Trinity Lodge and their number 1 care. Thank you.
I can't praise all the staff at Trinity enough each & everyone are kind, caring, gentle & thoughtful. The food is delicious and varied and the bedrooms are immaculate & smell wonderful. One member of staff is a delight, as all the staff are Thank you all for caring so well.
All the staff at Trinity Lodge are outstanding. This includes the team leader, carers, cleaners, cooks and the handyman. We are always kept well informed of any concerns and involved in all discussions regarding care. The staff are attentive, caring and kind to residents. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. I would recommend Trinity Lodge to anyone who wanted excellent care for their loved one.
I am not satisfied with the care that has been provided to my mum. In the three months she has been there she has had more falls than in the 3 years I have looked after her. She is a high-risk faller. She has suffered black eyes, multiple bruising and wounds. She has lost 1/2 stone in weight. The last fall has resulted in a broken hip and at 84 shouldn't have had to go through that pain and I was then told they don't know how it happened!
The home is lovely. The management are always helpful and very friendly and kind.
My nan seems very happy and is treated with dignity which is amazing. She loves activities and has made some great friends.
Absolutely amazing. I cannot fault it at all. My nan is very happy here, the staff are all amazing and always smiling. I love that the home put on activities, I came to visit my nan last week when a singer was on, it was fantastic to see. All the residents having so much fun, singing along and dancing. Always has a lovely atmosphere every time we visit.
Staff are always caring and residents well looked after. Kept informed of any concerns. Food always looks lovely and home is kept clean. Would highly recommend Trinity Lodge and the outstanding care the staff deliver.
