My Mother in Law, Pat joined the Trinity Lodge family in January 2026. The love and care that the team have shown her has been amazing There are so many to mention, from Estelle and her management team. To the care team, team leader, housekeeping, and the chef team. They are the best Pats room is always spotless and smells so clean. The home is beautiful, bright and very welcoming Thank you so much for all that you have done to date and all that you are doing, not only for Pat but the support you show us as a family too. Thank you from us all Amazing place I would highly
I would like to personally commend and Thank Estelle for the support that she has shown to us whilst my Mother in law has been poorly. She ensured that when Pat had a 'failed' discharge from hospital, she recognised how poorly she still was and took quick action.
She has assessed and supported Pat and us as a family to ensure a safe and healthy return to the Care home for my lovely lovely mother in law.
Her expertise and calmness helped us through a very distressing time.

Thank you Estelle you are a credit to Trinity Lodge.

I cannot thank the staff at Trinity Lodge enough for all they do. My Aunt is a resident there and the staff are so friendly. The management team are also fantastic. When we had some issues with paperwork, the management team were extreemly helpful and quick to respond. I know my Aunt is in great hands.

Recently visited an old friend at Trinity Lodge, Coventry, and was pleasantly surprised. My friend was in high spirits and expressed happiness at being well looked after by a lovely team. The facilities are clean and well maintained, demonstrating the care taken by staff to provide a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The staff members I met were all extremely warm and friendly, happy to accommodate all requests, and even joke with residents and visitors. Overall I was very impressed, and happy to see my old friend being so well taken care of.

My nan has become much happier since moving to Trinty Lodge. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. The staff don't only support residents, their door is open for relatives too. There is always activities and stuff for the residents to do and keep busy. The meals are well balanced and varied, you can also have dinner with your relative if you let the staff know.

My experience during the last 2 months was one where my issues were raised concerning my mum and management dealt with it in a professional way and kept me update about the progress and informed of any changes and her door was always open for me to go in a talk with her, which I was happy with and I trust that they are doing there but to keep resident and the family happy.

Prior to my wife becoming a resident at Trinity Lodge, we looked at several others, and Trinity Lodge was our preferred choice. The layout of the building, the cleanliness and the friendly, caring staff made it an obvious choice. Any issues I have or concerns are listened to and addressed either by the team leaders or the manager. There are some very good food choices at mealtimes, and the 3 dining rooms are all quite pleasant. Generally, the maintenance around the whole building is well maintained, with all aspects being carefully looked after.

Trinity Lodge is a very good home. In my experience, my mum receives very good care and all her needs are met. The staff are always polite and welcoming and having dealt with the managers, I know they have tact and understanding, including when dealing with sensitive, personal and difficult issues affecting vulnerable elderly people. Special efforts go on regularly for residents who wish to participate.

Mum sustained numerous unwitnessed falls since April 25 the first resulting in a broken hip and wrist . The last 2 weeks ago leaving her virtually unable to stand or walk. Whilst she was a high falls risk she and other residents are constantly left unattended in lounges . Personal hygiene not given as its to easy to document refused and its one less job for the staff to attend too. The home often smells and overall looks unclean with food left on tables and floors. Residents look untidy with food on their clothes. I witnessed residents wet as they had been left sitting for 2 long. I witnessed residents who couldn't eat being given food with no utensils. If you can attend to most of your needs you may be OK anything extra will be a problem that they will say they cant meet and they will remove you from their home. No social engagement with residents no entertainment. Little communication between staff Untrained new staff The list goes on Think carefully before sending your LO here

As a family, we were apprehensive about our Mothers transition into a care home -

We couldn't be further from the truth now.

Mother is being looked after brilliantly and has a great relationship with the staff members.

They've really taken to her cheeky character.

Thank you, Trinity Lodge
