We await the Fixxon buttons to help identify laundry but will ensure this is operational as soon as possible. My door is open to discuss our care and all aspects of day-to-day life at Trinity Lodge.

I am sorry to see that you are not satisfied with the care received at our home and did not feel that all your concerns were addressed in our previous communications and visits.
