Mum is looked after professionally and extremely well. I have no concerns about her health and well being.
I would definitely recommend Trinity Lodge to anyone if they are looking for a care home for their loved ones.

I have been particularly pleased to see the level of care my Dad receives at Trinity Lodge. The staff as mentioned in previous reviews are extremely caring and patient, delivering a great service to the residents. I am particularly impressed with the assignment of a key carer to each resident - a mention regarding my dad's key worker. A great young man who has made a bond with my dad - he has embraced the culture of care and is a credit to the home.
There are daily activities to stimulate the residents and the food quality and choice is excellent.

Lovely, relaxed and happy atmosphere. All staff friendly, caring and patient. Good, plentiful and well-cooked food of a high standard. More than an adequate amount of exercise and varied activities. Health and personal care facilities are very good. Pleasant outdoor walking areas and gardens.

Could not be happier about the care my mother receives here. Seeing her happy again is the best thing I could ask for. The way each room is set out, the activities and the wonderful staff all help to make it somewhere I feel happy and confident to leave my mother.

Trinity Lodge is a lovely clean and modern home.
The staff are all lovely, fun and very courteous, including all the admin staff, nothing is too much trouble.
The manager is lovely and kind also.
My Mum has settled very well now since moving into the care home on Dec 7th 2018.

My partner has been here 2 years plus, and from the very start, she has been looked after very well. The staff and management have been very friendly and approachable and hard working. I am very pleased with the care my partner has and is receiving.

Good care, clean, staff helpful and friendly and give updates if needed. Good food and activities varied. Homely and as a visitor, I was made to feel welcome. Special occasions e.g Xmas etc have decorations and a party atmosphere where all are welcome.

Dad has lived here for several years. His care has been excellent. Through November he was quite poorly but the staff cared for him throughout.

Dad has lived here for several years. His care has been excellent. Through November he was quite poorly but the staff cared for him throughout.
Dementia is a degenerative disease but staff at Trinity Lodge adapt their care and activities to suit the changing needs of the service user. If I could make any improvement it would be to increase hours for activities to enable more time spent with residents, possibly another part-time activities co-ordinator to assist the current one.
