Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
Good care, clean, staff helpful and friendly and give updates if needed. Good food and activities varied. Homely and as a visitor, I was made to feel welcome. Special occasions e.g Xmas etc have decorations and a party atmosphere where all are welcome.

Dad has lived here for several years. His care has been excellent. Through November he was quite poorly but the staff cared for him throughout.


Dementia is a degenerative disease but staff at Trinity Lodge adapt their care and activities to suit the changing needs of the service user. If I could

make any improvement it would be to increase hours for activities to enable more time spent with residents, possibly another part-time activities co-ordinator to assist the current one.
