This care home is the best possible option for my auntie.
It is clean, beautiful & cosy and the staff give 100% gold standard care.
My auntie has been there a short time but her physical and mental well being is so much better. She feels safe and so well cared for.
I can not praise the staff
enough.

My mum moved into Bellstone Care Home in Elixstowe just 2 weeks ago. From the minute she entered the building every single member of staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and supportive. This is not only true for Mum but everytime I go they are amazing to me too. Nothing is too much
trouble and she feel extremely happy.

I am pleased to tell you this home away from home was a bit of a treat. I didn't plan for it all just accepted it and made best of it. I was treated friendly and I felt it was a pleasant experience

Bellstone is an excellent care home, very pleased with all amenities, food is great, mum enjoys it very much, lots of things to keep her occupied, i.e. bingo, entertainment, beach walks, etc.
Staff and management are amazing, keep us in the loop with things regarding Mum. Kept spotless, would have
no problem recommending Bellstone.

My working career was in housing including services for older people. When I first walked into the Bellstone three years ago I immediately felt the love that is there and I knew that my mum would be well cared for. Three years on and initial instincts have proven to be correct. Firstly the team that
were there then are nearly all still there now, which speaks volumes. I visit almost daily and I see how dedicated every single member of staff is. My mum is surrounded by people who care for and love her which means so much and I simply cannot fault the Bellstone.

We are extremely happy with the care mum receives at Bellstone Residential Care Home. It is very comfortable, a home from home environment. The staff have mainly worked there for many years, there is good humour and chatter amongst the residents and with the staff too. Entertainment too regularly -

A beautiful and family orientated home. Staff are so caring, attentive and friendly. The home is always clean and well maintained. The manager has been a great support to our family in recent difficult times. Since my Auntie has been coming for respite and recently more permanently she is so happy
in the care home and staff are amazing to care for her and meet her needs with her learning difficulties. She has settled in so well. Other residents appear very happy also and praise the home.

My gorgeous mother of 97 years has had nothing but the best care from the wonderful staff, and family style management, who are running a care home you would want to put a family member into. This level of care, in all areas, sadly does not come along very often, which I have experienced from other
homes throughout my family's ageing needs.
I feel very humbled to have my mother in the best home in the area, thank you Bellstone Felixstowe.

Friendly, family atmosphere.
Caring staff.
Excellent food and help with feeding as appropriate.
Provision for family to visit, with young children at times.
Medical concerns attended to promptly.

My godmother (my mother's cousin) is very happy to be at Bellstone. She has been cared for very well over the last 6 years. She will be 95 this month and still quite happy to be cared for. I visit most weeks with my partner of years and we all get on really well.

Ill health caused Dad to go into care after living alone and independently for some 20 years.
At first, he was very reluctant but the care and patience of the staff has won him over. He now wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I could not wish to have come to anywhere "better" I do hope I can "end" my days here. I could not ask for anywhere being "in every way". A very happy lady living here.

My mum has been a resident for five years and five months, and she is very well looked after. They made every day a pleasant experience for mum like she was one of the family. The staff are always friendly, helpful and caring. They go out of their way to make life fun. Catering and cleanliness are
always great. Unfortunately, my mum is at the end of her life, but they are making things as comfortable as possible for her and us. We will always have a fond place in our hearts for Bellstone, as mum has been very happy.

The Bellstone is a clean, bright and cheerful place to live. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. The place is extremely well managed and run. The residents are happy, safe and well looked after.

Bellstone is just like home from home. The staff are caring and helpful and make residents and visitors alike feel part of one happy family. I am regularly kept up to date with my mum's care plan and fully involved in any decisions. Bellstone is extremely clean and tidy and has regular opportunities
for entertainment and activities.

This is an extremely friendly and welcoming home. Mother has been here for almost 2-years and is very happy. Since being here, her mobility has improved greatly with the encouragement and support of staff. Mum has gained weight and is overall much improved from when she arrived. There seems to be
very little staff turn over, which is lovely for residents and visitors.

My family and I cannot fault the care and support that has been given to my dad and us as a family for the last 11 years. My dad sadly passed away just recently and the care that dad received from everyone was amazing. They weren't just his carers they were his friends. Dad was so happy living
there. I would highly recommend a visit if you have a loved one that needs care.
