My mother was very well looked after until her end when a blank wall of silence was put up, which caused a lot of upsetting moments and nobody was allowed in. Resulting in what we have today. I was treated very badly and I do have a few regrets which I have today. It was the poor liaison between
those in charge and health professionals, resulting in what we have today. To this day nobody has had the courtesy to come back to me and explain what went wrong!
