We moved into Bailey Court in October 2023, and to date, have had a delightful experience. The staff are really helpful and pleasant, and we have noticed that they do their level best to address any of your or issues or concerns, and they really make you feel at home. The canteen is open to the
public and provides really good quality food in a pleasant environment which in our experience is good value for money. They have some entertainment and activities provided by staff, and these are both fun and engaging. There are also activities run by some of the residents such as Bingo, Card Bingo, and various games in the communal lounge so there are certain things to do if you want to participate in the community. The management and care teams are second to none. The accommodation is light and spacious, and our experience with the residents has been engaging and fun. Overall, it's been a really positive experience, and we look forward to spending many happy years here.
