From the outset, I knew my father was going to be happy in Protheroe House. The flats are modern, spacious and clean. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The food is yummy and more importantly the staff, especially in the office are always polite, professional and extremely helpful! I have
no hesitation in recommending this residential care home. Thank you One Housing!

I have never met such a lovely, caring group of people. Nothing is too much trouble and they all have a smile and greeting.
Staying here has helped my recovery after 5 weeks in hospital, complex illness and hip operation.

I have been organising my mother's move to Protheroe House this month and have been blown away by everything about this place. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble.
I stayed in the guest suite and was treated like family with kindness and good humour. I am
confident mum will make friends, be safe and happy here. Outstanding facilities, cleanliness and security - what an absolutely amazing place.
