My dad has only been in the care home for a short time, he is on end of life care with dementia. The moment we entered the home I knew we had chosen the best place for dad. The home is modern, clean. His bedroom is large, homely with ensuite. The manager is approachable and friendly. I cannot praise
the staff enough. They are amazing, they treat dad with love and respect. I know he is well looked after and comfortable. I can go home from visiting with peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands. It was the right decision for dad.

My dad moved to Northfield in May 2025 and it was immediately clear it was the best place for his long term needs. The staff are always friendly, respectful, and take time to get to know residents and their families. The Dementia Unit Manger Fletch, is approachable, supportive and always keeps me
updated on Dad's health and care. The Care Home Manager, Dawn is also very approachable and follows up on any queries quickly. Northfield has a warm, family like atmosphere, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

My wife has been in your care now for approx 2 years, and she is very happy & contented. She is always attended to, always clean and kept well dressed, there is never an odour, considering her lack of body care control is wonderful.
She has put on weight and looks in good health. I am very pleased
with her care, and whenever I visit, I am always welcome and she is always being looked after in the same continuous manner.

The care home is improving since being taken over, the management and staff are understanding the requirements dad is needing, his personal hygiene is improving, he is a lot happier here to his last care home, staff are always on hand to help and listen if you have any issues and try to resolve them
to improve.

Both mum and dad are here, staff are always so welcoming. They truly do care for all the residents we cannot thank them enough for all they do. Great work.

The home has a very caring feel to it, carers seem to be mostly enjoying their work. They interact and know residents very well. New decorations and set up is fabulous, homely feel.

Have been a resident in Northfields for the last 16 months within which time the business has been bought out by the Wood Group, who are slowly transforming the home for the better. The food and interior alterations are exceptional with more improvements to come. As a resident I look forward to the
future here and highly recommend.
