The care home is improving since being taken over, the management and staff are understanding the requirements dad is needing, his personal hygiene is improving, he is a lot happier here to his last care home, staff are always on hand to help and listen if you have any issues and try to resolve them to improve.

Both mum and dad are here, staff are always so welcoming. They truly do care for all the residents we cannot thank them enough for all they do. Great work.

The home has a very caring feel to it, carers seem to be mostly enjoying their work. They interact and know residents very well. New decorations and set up is fabulous, homely feel.

Have been a resident in Northfields for the last 16 months within which time the business has been bought out by the Wood Group, who are slowly transforming the home for the better. The food and interior alterations are exceptional with more improvements to come. As a resident I look forward to the future here and highly recommend.
