Absolutely dreadful. Our son was locked up inside a bungalow for 23 hours and 50 minutes each day. The list of problems at this place is endless. Management haven't got a clue and that particularly refers to senior management, that all these problems were referred to. Instead of acting and taking
them seriously, they were hostile and belittling towards us. We went through a year of hell before we could get our son out. He has suffered so badly during their care and he is not alone. Majority of staff are inexperienced and poorly trained and motivated. Avoid this place at all costs.
