Honestly couldn't be more impressed with this care home, since coming here my Mum has continued to get better and seems very settled and happy. The staff are warm and welcoming and always ready to answer any questions I have. They engage well with my Mum and she seems to like them all.

Very enjoyable time with the activities. Come with dementia husband and he can really engage with everybody and all staff very happy and helpful.

A very enjoyable experience I suffer with mild cognitive impairment and many other health issues. Lovely to join in with others and share experiences.

Enjoyable nice to have a chat and then exercise at the dementia cafe. Care for husband while in home very good. Carers supportive, management supportive. Food not always to his taste.

Coffee morning 1st Friday of month. What fun arrived feeling down but your infectious laughter and games raised my spirits (carer) and even my partner joined in eventually (dementia sufferer).

I bring my husband here each month, where we meet up with our dementia-friends to chat and join in activities. These are varied, including quizzes, games, movement/fitness activities and entertainment, and are usually great fun. The staff are very helpful and friendly and work well and encourage
everyone's participation. We look forward to coming and excellent- a lifeline for carers too who need to get out and have a little "space" for themselves with friends.

I attended the quiz night with my friend who lives at Sutton Rose. What a beautiful home, lovely and clean. Staff are amazing with all residents and food was great. Events are great, beautiful decorations. Thank you Sutton Rose for always going above and beyond.

Sutton Rose is an excellent care home. The staff are very good- especially the management team who are always happy to discuss any views. The receptionist is particularly helpful.

I cannot tell you how much my parents quality of life has improved since settling into Sutton Rose it has been remarkable- we were just in time to avert more distressing situations neither they or I could cope with. They are safe, well fed, clean and entertained. Are given as much choice and
independence as required but also my peace of mind and own mental health has improved because every concern is considered, respected and done.

Every member of staff I talk to is friendly, helpful, kind and considerate. My father is treated extremely well and is very happy. Any query I have is dealt with promptly and professionally. He always has clean clothes to wear and enjoys having many items from home in his room. A lovely place to
stay in and visit.

All staff are friendly and helpful. nothing is so much trouble when Mom asks for assistance. Rosie and Nicola are my main contacts who are brilliant. Entertainment team are really good we attended a community quiz night last night the place was packed and it was fun. The nurse on moms floor Charmain
is lovely. It seems a bit unfair to pick out certain people as the whole team are good its given my mom a new lease of life.

Mum has been a resident at Sutton Rose for over a year now. As a family we are confident in the care provided. Staff are friendly and approachable and make mum feel special and well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sutton Rose for the care of your loved ones.

All the staff at Sutton Rose go above and beyond to support and care for my mum. Its a difficult journey for her and our family and we appreciate the services of Sutton Rose. The Diwali Party was was an example how the activities team ensure all residents can enjoy life. It was lovely to be included
as a family member too. My mum really enjoyed our time together at the party.

I have found Sutton Rose Care Home to be friendly but very professional. The staff are lovely, as are the management, and all are approachable.
The food is very good & varied.
Overall, it's a lovely place to be!

When visiting, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lovely atmosphere for the residents with lots going on.

The rooms are nice, and the facilities are good and well-maintained. There are lots of activities to get involved with. Staff are friendly and caring with residents as well as with visitors and relatives. There is a consistently high standard of nursing and care. Dad is very happy there.

My wife who was suffering with alzheimers was loved and cared for by this excellent care home for over 3 1/2 years. In her time at Sutton Rose she received very high quality care from a well managed staff. They also supported me as I tried to cope with my wife condition they ensured we celebrated
birthdays and anniversaries. And they continue to support the links we set up with the local school when residents and children have fun. I fully recommend Sutton Rose Care Home.
