anything they will go and beyond to make sure that she had everything to hand . not just the carers it's the House Keepers aswell they keep the the place going , very clean doesn't have smell like other homes have . and the kitchen staff works hard making sure that dinners are presented lovely and making sure that special requirements to the service users are met to all kind of allergies and Dietarys as well .. i don't think that house keepers and kitchen staff don't get enough credit for there hard work ...

My dad has been looked after amazingly . From every aspect , management and carers have been superb. Level of medical care has been second to none.
The home is cleaned to a brilliant standard and the food is always well presented and looks very tasty.
The premises are maintained very well and the
gardens give a lovely view.

All the staff that we have met have even helpful, friendly and polite.
They go out of their way to help in all aspects.
Nothing is too much for any of them.
The office staff were very helpful when asking them questions as to where we go next with our elderly mums needs.

All the care staff was excellent in dealing with my mother during her 4-week stay. Special mention to a certain member of staff whose sunny and friendly disposition was a joy to behold. It was a pleasure to visit as a relative and we were always made to feel welcome from the first point of contact
with the receptionist, through all of the care team and the management. The management team, one of them particularly kept us well informed about my mother's progress and it was lovely to see my mother gain strength and ability to return to her own home which is what she wanted after a long spell in hospital. Thank you. It was much appreciated by the family.

My aunt is currently being cared for in The Proactive Assessment unit and I cannot fault the care she is receiving. I have found the staff, whether they are office staff or part of the care team, to be courteous, professional and friendly. I have always been greeted on arrival and made to feel
welcome. The unit is clean and bright. My aunt has been offered the opportunity to engage in many varied activities. Any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

My father had cash with him and his wedding ring. I was told this was in the safe.
This went missing, the home later denied it was ever put in the safe.
The Police are involved and have reprimanded them for not having proper procedures. Care was okay, but it really matters that you can trust the
staff and managers throughout. Now I have to get lawyers involved.
